  I found my CX-70 on Autotrader and reached out for more information. I was connected with Craig Baas, and since I live about 2.5 hours from the dealership, we handled everything through email and text. When I arrived at the dealership the next day, everything was ready to go. The vehicle was cleaned up and waiting for me, making the process quick and seamless. Taylor in finance was fantastic to work with as well. Overall, my experience with this dealership was excellent. I highly recommend Craig Baas if you’re in the market for a vehicle!

  Purchased a 2026 Buick Enclave recently. Erik Lee was our advisor. Erik was a pleasure to work with from educating us on the vehicle, finding the car we wanted and completing the transaction. I would recommend Erik to others interested in purchasing a car.

  Love the fact that the company sends out videos to customers looking for vehicles think thats an amazing idea for a car dealership to do to show value to their customer. I unfortunately received a video about a vehicle and it was listed completely as the wrong car (was looking at an accord) guy in the video and all the information given was for a honda civic which honestly made me a little worried he maybe didn’t know exactly what I was looking at. Made the experience definitely a lot easier and felt more valued than where I had been in the past but still coming from someone buying there first car I would love useful and helpful information to help me make a purchase.

  an amazing experience buying my car from this dealership—even from out of state. I actually didn’t even see the car in person before purchasing. I did my own research, felt confident in my decision, and completed everything over the phone. The whole process was surprisingly easy and stress-free, and the car was delivered right to me. Dominic was the sales guy I worked with, and he was great from start to finish. We stayed in touch throughout the entire process, and he was always helpful, responsive, and super personable. Honestly, it felt more like talking to a friend than a typical sales experience, which made everything that much more comfortable. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he helped guide me through everything. I trusted him, and he came through. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience—thank you for the great car!

  Dominic was my advisor. Dominic was very nice and easy to work with. I did most of the sale over the phone and through email. I have purchased 3 cars from Crown Motors but I never will purchase another. I was promised one price for my trade and was given $500 less than we agreed upon. Please read all your documents thoroughly because the just hand you stuff to and I missed that number. Now they are blaming me and do not want to make it right. Be careful with Crown.
