  My wife and I just purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Crown Nissan, and I have to say, we're absolutely blown away by the entire experience. Buying a car can be very stressful, but thanks to our amazing salesman, Bryan Ealy, the process was smooth and hassle free. Prior to our visit I spoke with Bryan on the phone and explained what type of vehicle we were looking for including trim, colors, and options. The next day, we walked into the Crown Nissan dealership, and met Bryan who greeted us with a warm smile. He showed us a few cars on the lot that matched what he thought we’d be interested in. Bryan also already secured a vehicle from another location that he thought we would be interested in. Long story short, a few hours later my wife and I were driving home in our beautiful new Nissan Pathfinder and couldn’t be happier. The whole process, from start to finish, was seamless and efficient, thanks to Bryan's professionalism and wonderful demeanor. But Bryan wasn't the only one who made our experience special. We also had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager Ryan Gibb and Financial Services Manager Devonte Harvey. Both Ryan and Devonte were instrumental in making our purchase a breeze. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our informed decision. In conclusion, our experience at Crown Nissan was nothing short of exceptional. Bryan Ealy, Ryan Gibb, and Devonte Harvey are a credit to the dealership, and we feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with them.   Crown Nissan just never disappoints ! Service, Sales and everything in between .. always the best! I bought a black 2026 Nissan Kicks SR with premium package!!!! my experience was the BEST!! I love it so much!! Everyone is amazing ! Shout out to my sales consultant Bryan Ealy, finance manager Devonte Harvey, GM Steve Swope….GSM Jason Jiovani service manager Shawn Meehan service advisor John Riddlebarger and like the list goes on !!! Internet manager, Ryan Gibb, pre owned manager, Kyle Lamont … John Hartley, Cathy Voogd ….. everyone is wonderful. I love my new car!! Thank you Crown Nissan !! 🩵

  Omg! I love the pearl color of my new Rogue and all the features are so amazing! I can even see my speeed and map in my windshield - soooo cool!!!!!!! The greatest thing about it is how easy the process to get it—was! This is my 3rd maybe 4th time leasing from Crown Nissan, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!! They know how to take care of their customers. I left with my new car on a holiday weekend and I couldn’t figure out a couple of the features so I called the dealership and Cathy called me right back and stayed on the phone with me for more than a hour walking me through all my inabilities to figure out technology! She even called back the next day to see if I got it working smoothly:) I can’t say enough how Great this place is!!!!!!

  Jacob Horn is a great salesperson! Just bought a brand new 2026 Nissan Rouge and had a really great experience working with Crown Nissan. Their showroom was modern well organized and kept. They have a great inventory of cars to choose from and our sales person Jacob Horn was great. A perfect combination of knowledgeable, friendly, polite and accommodating. Not high pressure but very effective in helping us make the decision to buy the car. He was very patient with us as we went through the lot looking at what was available and then arranged for us to test drive both the SV and Dark Armor trims. We ended up choosing the Dark Armor trim after Jacob walked us through the different features and what we gained by moving up trim levels. Again, no pressure just polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately convincing. The price negotiation process was one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. No high pressure just a reasonable back and forth. The dealership manager Jason Jiovani was also very professional and did an excellent job explaining the components of the sales price and fees and very willing to work with us to make the sale. What a great experience! We look forward to enjoying our new car.

  Had the best experience buying my car today thanks to my salesperson Cathy 🎉 She was so nice, patient, and truly amazing throughout the whole process. She made everything stress-free, super easy, and accommodated everything I needed. Her customer service was outstanding and she made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Definitely recommend asking for her if you want a smooth car buying experience! Thank you Cathy for everything!
