  It’s been a few months since my last experience with Crown. I’m just now getting around to writing a review on the service department at Crown. A while back we too our ‘23 Outback to Crown for the 30k mile maintenance, tires and 4 wheel alignment. I only got the tires with them cause of the road hazard protection. Within a week or so the front left tire was flat. I aired it up and checked for leaks and found none. A day or 2 later it was flat again. Rim on the ground flat. So I took it back to see what the issue was. For a little background, Crown is the closest dealership to us, an hour and a half away. After explaining the issue they took it in the back and started checking it out. Couple hours later they found nothing. Started asking ridiculous questions like “well how flat was it” and how I checked the psi. Kind of made me feel like they thought I didn’t know what I was talking about. Said they dunked the tire, took it off the wheel and found nothing. Before leaving they said they swapped the front tires the problem one was now on the right. Next day the left was flat again. To make a long story short I took it back a total of 4 times. The 4th was to return the loaner and get it back with them not finding an issue once again. I argued with them about replacing the tire cause it was covered under the hazard protection. They recommended I go to another dealership. So I did. I took it to Kennesaw Subaru. Guess what. Leaking valve stem found in the first 10 minutes. They also said they if Crown did what they said they did, they would have found that. Tire hasn’t lost air since.   I found Crown Subaru while I was searching for a pre-owned Prius LE AWD and what a gem I found! This car has less than 4700 miles on the odometer and looks and drives like a new one off the showroom floor! Crown Subaru had this car priced about $3000 less than others that I found and I knew this was the right car for me! Called in and spoke with Salesperson Dwayne Pruitt to see if it was still available and thankfully it was. Dwayne and Sales Manager Jim Szlachetka put together the numbers that were better than I had found anyone else and Finance Manager hooked it up with a fast approval with Chase so I rented a car and took a road trip to Chattanooga Tennessee! Besides the price being great, the delivery experience was equally amazing! All the paperwork was ready and waiting and I was in and out in way less than and hour. Not only that, they went the extra mile and arrange for a ride back from the airport where I dropped off my rental car. The great price got my attention and the ease of purchase and friendly delivery made this the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Fantastic job!

  The whole experience purchasing my vehicle was wonderful. Kenneth Melton was helpful throughout the process. He helped identify my wants and needs and found a vehicle that matched them. He explained the process well and assisted me with every step. The staff was pleasant and the facility was clean and neat. Everything was organized and Kenneth Melton was personable and kept the experience relaxed. I would highly recommend him and Crown Subaru.

  I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I worked personally with Dwayne Pruitt, and he is genuinely kind, honest, and easy to work with. I came in expecting to buy used and gave him a firm monthly budget, and he was upfront that we could actually get into a brand new Subaru Crosstrek for less. It never felt like a sales tactic, just honest guidance, and he made it happen with zero pressure. He laid out all the options clearly, no hassle, no pushiness. What really stood out was the care he put in beyond the sale. He personally cleaned my car and took the time to walk me through all the features, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before leaving. The environment felt welcoming and easygoing, and I never felt judged or uncomfortable at any point.
