  Honestly- this was the most outstanding customer care I’ve ever received from a car dealership. David was patient in answering all of my questions and helped me find the best possible car for my budget. Shout out to Bud for the laughs, TJ for the stories, and Ken for negotiating a good price. I was dreading the car shopping process, but they really made it easy- and FAST (only took two hours, as opposed to six 😅). I love my car (which isn’t even a Volvo, by the way) and would recommend them to anyone in the market.

  Came to drive, just drive a car. Chris Lowry met me at the door, keys in hand ready to go. Just let me drive, told me his history with Volvo and the love he has for the brand. The more I drove it the more I love the car. I decided to buy. Well the process was quick and clear. The longer we sat and waited the more I learned about Crown and Chris! 100/10. I will definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend Chris!

  Crown Volvo has always been a pleasure to work with. Mary Mattingly is such an attentive employee taking care of all the small details so my transaction was simple, straightforward and fast ! Having my maintenance done there and selling my car to them was so easy! Highly reccomend !

  I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 Ultra, and working with Jake was an outstanding experience. The XC90 Ultra is an incredible SUV, and Jake took the time to explain its features in detail — from the advanced safety technology to the premium interior and intuitive infotainment system. He was extremely knowledgeable about Volvo and the competition, which made comparing options easy and gave me complete confidence in my decision. Most importantly, Jake was never pushy. He listened carefully, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise, and I highly recommend asking for Jake if you’re considering a Volvo.

  Purchased a new Volvo XC90 from 'Jake' Boskovic at Crown Volvo. I'd been looking at a couple of specific model options at other dealers, Jake got my business as he was easy to work with on getting what I needed, at a reasonable price. As someone who used to work in Auto Sales, I know many of the tricks that sales staff sometimes try to use in order to close a deal. It turns me cold to a deal and I'll go elsewhere. I didn't get any of this at Crown Volvo. I'd done my homework and was able to negotiate with them remotely so that by the time I got to the dealership, we were already very close to a deal. I had interactions with other staff there, up to and including leadership, and I found it refreshing to deal with them. I felt like my business mattered to them and they wanted to ensure that we also got what we needed from the deal. I'm happy to recommend Jake, Bud and Crown Volvo in general. I left with the car I wanted, and at price I was happy with. Looking forward to seeing if this culture extends to their service department!
