In April I came into Curry, and had a wonderful sales experience with their salesman, Karl Danticat. Karl was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgably about the car I leased and the entire process. If it were not for Karl, I would have not made the deal. Karl is super smart, highly intelligent and a kind soul. Curry is lucky to have Karl as one of their salesmen. I should also note, Curry gave me a good deal on my trade in, which is another factor that sealed my deal. So, thank you for fairly negotiating that. By the end of the day, I drove off with my new ride. Thank you again Karl, you did an amazing job. I sincerely appreciate your kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend Curry. There is a reason they have been around for so long. Good service.

My friend, the salesman Anthony fragnito I know since the late 80s and I heard from so many friends that used him that they had a wonderful experience and love their cause. I said it’s time for me to get a car and I came here to see Anthony and his entire team and had a wonderful experience, professional courteous. I just made it a wonderful time for me as it was also my birthday I think everyone should come here and go see Anthony and all of his team members here.

I had a very horrible experience at this dealership. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle on their lot and came prepared with strong credit. I was also open to other purchases if the first deal went well, as I own a construction business and had been buying Ford in the past, I liked the new chevy products. I was considering making future fleet purchases there as well. Unfortunately, the experience was poor from the start. The staff showed very little interest in negotiating in good faith. Their attitudes were dismissive, and communication was slow and inconsistent. The attitude was “ too bad, go elsewhere” They didn’t even try to earn my business. I was ready to spend a significant amount of money but I always like to see how a dealer and sales team treats someone before they earn my business in the bigger picture. This dealership and it’s staff failed miserably. I ended up purchasing the exact vehicle I wanted from another dealer. The difference in experience was night and day. Frankly their attitudes SUCKED! If you’re a customer who values good communication, fair treatment, and a dealership that actually wants to do business with you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I hope you read this review before you buy/lease a car from Curry Chevrolet. If you don't read the whole thing and get nothing else from this review, do yourself a favor and don't deal with this dealership. It's not worth the hassle. Let's start at the beginning, first they negotiate in bad faith, the salesperson will say whatever you want to hear, then say the sales manager didn't approve it. That was my first clue to get out of there, I didn't listen to my gut and put down a deposit. Stupid mistake. Then comes the contract, the leasing contract had language in there that says they can share my social security number with anyone they want, not stipulating that it would be with a specific bank. I said I'm not signing that, so they said they would keep my deposit. Mind you, this is how they START the relationship. After the deal is done, they said they'd email me with the financing info. THEY NEVER DID! I HAD TO CALL THEM A MONTH LATER AND ASK WHO I HAD TO PAY! Then the car had some problems with the radiator. First visit, they cleared the codes and sent us on our way. The check engine light came on many times shortly afterward. It took calling them repeatedly to get them to take the car back in. Then they took a month to get the part to fix the car. When they finally gave the car back, we noticed the car had bad damage to the back panel (badly dented, scratched). They tried to pass it off like it was there when we brought it in. They eventually checked the cameras, confirmed that it was their fault and fixed it resulting in even more wait time. But not before making an insulting claim that we were somehow at fault for them damaging our car. I wonder what would have happened if we didn't notice the damage in the shop. Also, the brakes of the car never worked the same way after that visit. Fast forward about three years to the end of the lease, we turn in the car on time, they said "[They'll] handle everything". Honestly, considering the history, I knew that they

Horrible service in General. I went with a friend of mine and she was happy at first getting an equinox. Later on there was major electrical issues with a 2023 equinox. The car has been in the lot for a week and almost no work has been done. I had to explain to the service department staff how to do their jobs. I have never worked on cars but have some common knowledge and even one point I had to “train” an employee that was explained many times many things have to be done and worked on. Today was a last straw. Car has been in there for a week and was driven almost 200 miles and no work has been done. A manager clammed up when I mentioned about Lemon Law. I recommend people to do research. No one didn’t know what was “going on” and almost everyone was given us the run around. Would not recommend anyone goes here. How can most staff, granted some have good customer service get dragged into the mud by incompetent management. An investigation should be done to this predatory behavior they are doing to customers. I also recommend that do your research before making any purchases.
