  Outstanding service department Kent is spot on!! Our vehicle came due for its scheduled maintenance. My wife was very pleased with how quickly the service was done and even had it washed and cleaned like the day we purchased it. I’m proud to have purchased our 2025 Outlander from D&E! They really know how to treat their customers!!!! Thanks again

  We just bought our 2nd car from D&E. We had great experiences both times. From the moment we walked through the door until we left with the new car everyone was super helpful! We also used D&E for service and couldn’t be happier. We truly appreciate Andy Craven and Kent Debose and everything they have done to help us make our car buying experiences top-notch!

  Just bought a Mitsubishi Outlander SE from D&E Mitsubishi. Amazing staff special shout out to Andy the General Manager and Brent our salesman they were very welcoming very down to earth . What I liked was they didn’t try to oversell anything, made the experience very enjoyable.

  We have purchased several vehicles over the years from D&E going back to when they were a Dodge Dealership. We purchased our current Mitsubishi Sport in 2013. It has over 167000 miles on it and hasn't given us a moment of trouble. We always use D&E for all maintenance required. They keep all records and do all required maintenance on schedule. Because we have moved out of town (almost 4 hours away) they have been extremely kind in fitting us in when we do get back in town. They are worth the 4 hour drive because they have the absolute best service because of Kent DeBose, their maintenance supervisor. I always tell him that he can't retire because he is the reason I fully trust and depend on D&E to keep my vehicle running. I'm guessing he has been there at least 20 years and he truly tries to get me the absolute best price for service. When I ask him to do a full maintenance check, he is quick to find any needed maintenance and makes recommendations as to what and when maintenance needs to be done. Most recently I forgot to mention the squeak in the steering wheel. He found the problem upon test driving it and recommended tire rods. It required an additional day for repairs due to having to order the rods but he had it ready by lunch the next day. I have never before been faithful to a dealership because I always felt they were over priced and always looking for ways to up charge you for additional work BUT that is not the case with D&E. Kent goes out of his way to give you quality work at the best price without any additional add ons unless he finds something that needs to be addressed and he will call you first explain the reason for the additional repair, save parts, take photos and give you the best price possible for the unexpected repair and regular required maintenance. I trust Kent explicitly. I've never owned a better vehicle. I honestly have never had a problem with our 2013 Mitsubishi because D&E has always done all required maintenance. Thank you for

  I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I recently had my 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander serviced and the customer service was amazing. I have bought several vehicles from D&E and will continue to do so. Service after the sell is important and that is what keeps me coming back. Great job by the sales staff and service department. You all do a great job!
