  I contacted Dylan Deery on Monday. With little to no effort by myself Dylan handled everything. Dylan kept me informed on every detail of the deal. Wally Johnson and Chris Allison helped out with the transaction of the 2026 Dodge Ram. The staff was kind and courteous. I can't thank Dylan, Wally and Chris enough for a smooth process.   Bought a truck in full and a week and a half later it started to shake. Took it to a local mechanic and turns out the whole frame was rusted out. With the frame being rusted through it was causing friction on the front left tire column, and will cause misalignment down the road. Called customer service and due to the fact of it being paid for and the “as is” policy there was nothing to be done. I was certain that buying from a larger “credible” dealership like Dan deer they would have the due diligence to sell and market reliable vehicles, but it seems I have make an experience mistake.

  We are thrilled with our new purchase! Our salesman, Max Shower was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase and our trade. There was no pressure, and it was like having your friend who knew everything about the car tell you about it. The actual sales process was smooth too, we were comfortable and never felt that ‘typical car buying’ stress. Thank you Max! We liked Dan Deery, but you made the experience really great.
