  Top notch service. Very hospitable. We did all the negotiating over the internet and phone. They disclosed every tiny imperfection in the used truck, which were very few. They beat anywhere else in the country by price and quality by far. I flew in from out of state, I was picked up at the hotel and all paperwork was ready when I arrived. Only took about 30 minutes to get in and out. My salesman Mr. Maxwell was extremely kind and helpful, highly recommended. Next time I buy I'll gladly travel the 600 miles to deal with them again.

  We just got another vehicle for our family as our 1 was not cutting it anymore due to kids and their activities. Clayton Schmidt helped us find the perfect one for us. We love the Toyota Highlander that we got and so do our kids. The experience with Clayton was extremely easy. We told him what we were looking for, what budget we needed to stay around and he got right to work to find the perfect one. I even had to take my 4 young kids with me at one point in the process and he helped me keep them occupied which was super helpful. I can’t begin to explain just how good our experience was. We also worked with Tammy on the finance side of things and she was amazing as well. Very kind, friendly, and easy to work with. She helped us get the gap insurance as well as a warranty for our Highlander which was a huge relief as always when buying a used vehicle. Highly recommend working with both Clayton and Tammy next time you need a new vehicle.

  I had an outstanding experience buying my vehicle at Dan Deery Motor Co. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Chris Ratchford took the time to answer all my questions and made sure we felt confident in our decision. The Highlander was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. The whole process was smooth and transparent, which is not always the case with used car dealerships. They were upfront about everything and made the paperwork quick and easy. Chris came to pick us up for our vehicle appointment, talk about first class service! It’s clear they take pride in their business and care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience. I’ll ALWAYS recommend Deery, this being the fourth vehicle we’ve gotten from them. No issues, ever!

  Complete crooks and I regret the day i ever bought a car here. If you're looking for a good, reliable car with no problems, look elsewhere! My pregnant wife and I put $4,000 down on a used 2022 Hyundai Tucson with less than 16,000 miles. We drove it home to Des Moines. Next morning, every sensor imaginable went off and the transmission won't go into gear. It's been stuck in my driveway since Friday. I get ahold of them and they tell me to take it somewhere and get it serviced, and that there is no refund/buy back whatsoever. Now, within 2 weeks of my wifes due date we are down basically a brand new vehicle. There is 0 chance this just started to happen magically. I am 100% convinced at this point codes were cleared and we were sent on our way with a warranty. Don't care about the warranty, dont care about fixing it, but they are doing everything in their power to not take it back so we can move on and try to find something else. Don't buy here under any circumstances.

  We traded a 13-year old Venza for a 2026 Cown hybrid. We were treated with friendship and respect. We have bought new snd used vehicles fom Dan Deery several times and used their proficient & professional service department. Thanks especially to Bill and Steve.
