  I recently bought a car here at David Taylor that I absolutely fell in love with. I owe a big thank you to Chandler for helping me find a car I really love. He and his team gave me the best car buying experience and I’m very grateful! Chandler really went out of his way to make it as stress free as possible.

  I had a great experience working with Aaron at David Taylor CDJR. I was deciding between a Grand Cherokee and a Santa Fe, and Aaron is ultimately the reason I chose to move forward with the Jeep. From the start, he took a completely different approach than what I experienced elsewhere. Instead of trying to push me into a different vehicle or just focusing on monthly payment, he really listened to what I wanted and worked to make that happen. Even when I had concerns about pricing, he never tried to steer me into something smaller or less aligned with my needs. He stayed focused on getting me into the Grand Cherokee—and ended up getting me into a better trim for only about $50 more per month, while also giving me more for my trade-in. What stood out most was his effort. He stayed engaged, kept working the deal, and didn’t give up—even when I was ready to. That level of persistence and professionalism made me feel like my business actually mattered. *Update 5/12/2026 Due to a title/documentation issue on the dealership’s end, I was later asked to pick up and temporarily use a dealer plate — something I neither requested nor caused. This was offered to rectify the situation. I drove an hour to pick up the plate. The urgency surrounding the plate’s return was never clearly communicated upfront, this was communicated after I drives an hour to pick it up, where I was made aware by Tammy, that I would need to return the plate in 3 days once the paperwork was complete. She said this would take a week and a half. Paperwork was completed in 24 hours. I shared that I would return the plate Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Work, jury duty, life was still transpiring for me I still answered all calls and responded to emails (it wasn’t that many) yet I later received an aggressive voicemail from Josh in management implying I was “avoiding” communication and had no intention of returning the plate.   Aaron was friendly and professional. He worked with us for 2 years -patiently helping us with our decisions on our trade in and then to purchase our new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2026. Aaron is very personable and helpful. We are happy customers and plan to have our vehicle serviced there too. The business manager John Was also professional in closing our purchase.   I was working with Sunny on getting the front axle on my Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed. When I purchased it back in May of 2020 it had a verbal Lifetime Powertrain Warranty that came along with the Jeep from a special they were running that month. When I had to call upon that Warranty that I didn't have any paperwork for, Sunny took all the time and effort in finding it and making sure that it was honored. He even went so far as to get me a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. This is why I only buy my vehicles from David Taylor, they care about their customers and they honor their word!!! That's rare these days and I greatly appreciate a company that honors it word.

  My experience here at David Taylor’s was absolutely amazing! Troy helped me purchase my new car, and he was fantastic!! He was extremely kind and professional. After my last experience of buying a car, I was very hesitant to do it again, but Troy made the whole experience stress free….and even fun! The process from start to finish was insanely quick and simple! Tim did all the signing and behind the scenes stuff…I was there for less than three hours from start to finish!!! I would highly recommend David Taylor’s for buying a car and getting one fixed….and if you’re buying, ask for Troy!!
