  This is in reference to the service dept. If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased my vehicle brand new from this location. My vehicle had 2 recalls plus an ongoing issue with the SOS emergency system. I scheduled an oil change along with the list of other issues to be fixed. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment I had to tell the service rep the list of issues. He seemed unware and not prepared for anything including the oil change. I was met with some mumblings about the tech not being available to look at the recall issues and possibly not even having the parts on hand. This was also the THIRD time the vehicle had been in to have the SOS issue fixed. Between the games of phone tag I was finally able to learn that I could pick up my vehicle after Deery had it for 3 days to complete repairs. I was informed by the service rep that my vehicle had been ready for 2 days. He was less than pleasant to deal with. When I arrived to pick it up all the service dept had left for the day. I paid and went to my vehicle. It was covered in bird droppings. My prior dealerships have always returned my cars washed, even after just an oil change. Nothing was ever explained to me what was fixed due to the multiple recalls. The SOS alert was still taking up the entire screen. They didn't even take the time to reset the oil change notification. I was beyond upset at this point. I went back into the service area where someone sitting in the garage just shrugged his shoulders when I asked who I could speak with about the situation. A different male walked out at that point and asked what questions I had. He had no answers and stated that they could not fix the SOS and I would need to bring it in for a FOURTH visit to have it looked at but that it may not even be able to be fixed. This is an EMERGENCY alert that they are refusing to fix. Avoid this dealership at all costs. If you're a female you especially should avoid this dealership. They treated me as if I had no ide

  I bought a minivan in 2019 from Deery and it was so easy that when I totaled my husband's car a month ago and he asked where we should look, it was a no-brainer. He reached out and made an appointment with Gunnar, who took the time to find out what we were looking for in our price range and already had one in the garage so we could look at it without getting cold. When we asked to see another, newer Pacifica, he brought that one to the garage too. I felt that he was fully transparent about the vehicle history. We ended up choosing the newer minivan in the end and the rest of the sales process was fairly simple. We were very happy to come home with a minivan, and appreciate the time and consideration Gunnar showed during the process.

  It was an all-class experience. As soon as I pulled into the service area I was courteously greeted and asked specifics needed to fix any problems. I was then ushered to the waiting area amply supplied with refreshments, nice seats, and a television. After some wait, I was told my Jeep was finishing going through the car wash. The service technician helpfully discussed what repairs were completed. Then, I paid the bill and went out to the Jeep happily satisfied. Everyone was pleasurable to speak to and most helpful with questions I asked. I definitely recommend Deery Brothers to be most helpful in solving your problems.

  All the people at Deery were great to deal with. They made it an exceptional buying experience. They did not try the typical "upselling" or "high pressure" techniques that are sometimes common with other dealerships. Aiden is a great guy to work with. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
