“They are disrespectful to veterans and first responders, Shady dealer, do not buy from them Update: upon getting my yearly safety inspection my mechanic brought to my attention that wheel studs were bent and I was missing lug nuts and also mix matched nuts were used. Which the missing nut and bent studs were needing to be replaced to pass. Can believe they want there name on something like this coming out of their dealership They won't admit that they sold me a truck with problems that they hid, but they know I'm right and they're a bunch of theives. I was asked to leave and never come back. They hid the fact the truck had problems, and said they weren't going to fix it it all. And they wouldn't have installed aftermarket parts. They are shady and crooks, just as bad as the people on wall street. The paperpusher had the audacity to say "how do we know do didn't break it" If he clearly saw the photos it would've been clear. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. Update 2(1 week after puchase, 1 day after service appointment): the intake grid heater nut and stud are melting off do to arcing. But supposedly it's not failing (they're right its already failed) and there "are no codes". Photo and maybe video if Google allows videos in reviews. The incompetence in this dealership is sickening. Update: I was told there is NO CODES, when clearly there is one. And the movement on the connector is normal. Clearly it's not normal if there is a code. Can't expect them to know much about a Ram at a Chevy dealer. The paper-pusher in the sales office has an attitude problem and has to keep personal problems and sensitive ego at home. All after he told me there are no codes and I clearly showed him there was with my "cheap" scanner. And there mechanic's (overpriced) snapon scanner didn't show it. But they did offer to delete the intake heater all together but in a place that's gets cold in the winter isn't smart what so ever I Purchased (AUG 16th) a used 2017 Ram 2500 6.7L cummins 74K miles.
