“My wife and myself bought a used vehicle from this place in July of 2025. Two weeks after ownership we started to smell Antifreeze and noticed the coolant starting to discolor. I found a coolant leak at the oil filter housing. I took photos and scheduled a service appointment. I brought the vehicle in. I showed the Service advisor where the leak was and he agreed. After the “Technicians” looked at the vehicle I was told there was no leak and the coolant and oil I was seeing was residual oil and coolant from the oil change and the dye they added to try and find the leak. This was the beginning of the lies! After about month of ownership we had a bearing go out. This was claimed under the aftermarket extended warranty. Granted we have only put less than 1000 miles on the vehicle at this point. My wife and I started a new job in March of 2026 and we drove the vehicle to PA to start our new job. The vehicle was making really weird popping and grinding noises. At this time we only had put 4300 miles on the vehicle. We took the vehicle in to a local mechanic in Reading PA. The place we decided to use was Les Myles. This is where the real problems began. They found the leak that Della said was non existent. They also found shock absorbers that had an unsafe amount of rust accumulated on them. They also found leaking struts with worn control arms for the front suspension. I was told by Les Myles that this vehicle should of never passed the safety inspection to be sold. It was also written in the inspection report that there was no evidence of a bearing being replaced by Della Kia. The problem I have is the amount of incompetence out of this service staff. It is quite obvious that this Service team did everything possible to not pay anything during the 30 day warranty period. It seems that they have a new service manager. I have enough information and documentation to take this further simply due to the amount of repairs I had to pay for. Over 5000.00 dollars in repairs”
