  10/10 experience at DeMontrond Buick GMC. Huge shout out to Eliud L. for being an honest and awesome GM. This was one of the fastest and smoothest vehicle buying experiences I’ve had in a long time, without that typical new car purchase feeling where you’re worried about getting hit with surprises or feeling like you’re getting taken advantage of. Eliud was able to work with me and meet my needs over the phone before I even stepped foot in the dealership. By the time I arrived, our new 2026 Enclave Avenir was already cleaned, staged indoors, and ready to go, especially appreciated on a bad rainy day. He connected me with Javier to handle the paperwork and processing, and he was great to work with as well. You can tell a lot about leadership by the environment and people around it, and Eliud’s leadership clearly reflects throughout the dealership and team.   2024 Hummer EV, 20,000 miles: mint condition I purchased the car at this location and have regularly scheduled maintenance in the last 18 months I've had it. A month ago, a crazy loud squeak was coming from the suspension and I took it in. I haven't seen my car since. I wasn't offered a rental until 3 weeks later. I wasn't told about the rental reimbursement if I find my own vehicle. I have not talked to a tech about what is wrong, when and how they will fix or what the next course of action is. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a "luxury" vehicle. The only thing luxury was the price. The car -- they can't fix. The service - terrible. Have they offered any solutions? NO. They have told me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I've paid a car note this month, with no car and no projection of when I will get it back or what they plan to do to remedy this horrible situation. They clearly cannot fix it. They don't know what's wrong. But instead of solving by putting me in a new car or explaining options moving forward, they give me the run around. Do not purchase here. But if you do (because sales was great), do not use this service dept. UPDATE: they returned the car in worse condition than it was given to them. Suspension is still not fixed. Service manager is a joke. DONT. GO. HERE.

  Very\n Professional men and women at Buick de montron 1960. I got me a beautiful car. Everybody treated me like a Queen, I wish I could be treated this way every day. Happy 4th God bless America and thank you again. Buick demontron GM.

  I’m really disappointed with the way I’ve been treated here. I bought a 2024 GMC Acadia. It has less than 18,000 miles on it and I’ve had one issue after another. Started out with headlights and brake lights going out soon after I purchased it. They addressed it and I thought no big deal. Then I bring it in on 2 separate occasions for a tire sensor issue, noisy brakes and the car warning me there was only 18% life left for the brakes, and the sunroof seal flying off when I drive. They sent me on my way the first time telling me I needed proof. I took photos and videos and returned with proof. They said they were ordering parts and would call me. I check back in 6 weeks later and they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about and they’d look into it. 2 days later my coolant leaks out of the car. I tell the GMC department that provides roadside assistance about this nightmare and they tell me I need to get a customer care rep with GMC because this is unacceptable. The dealership has had my car for 3 weeks now saying they are waiting on a part. I need a vehicle that I can drive my pet in. They provided a rental but I’ve been charged for this too and waiting to get reimbursed. The rental does not allow pets. But I also just want the car I paid for back, and my money back that I was charged for the rental. I have called multiple times, left them a message and texted a number with no response about what’s going on with my car in the last couple of days.
