  Me and my wife went to buy a new Telluride yesterday and we experienced some of the best service we’ve ever had while shopping for a car. We were in and out of that place in maybe an hour. Bobby helped us out tremendously and quickly. We inquired about a car the day before and they had it out front before they were even open the next day so we can look at it and test drive it. My wife loves her new car to drive around our four kids. Thank you, Bobby for making the process quick and easy for us.

  The sales rep Oscar was extremely patient, taking the time to clearly explain exactly what the monthly payments would be for leasing versus purchasing. We really appreciated how thorough and clear they were throughout the process. They also fast-tracked everything for us, knowing we needed to get home quickly because of our puppies. We’re so grateful for their understanding and support."

  We had an outstanding experience at DeMontrond Kia, and I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Willie Phillips! After unexpectedly losing my previous vehicle in an accident, I was anxious about purchasing another one. From the moment we met Mr. Willie, he made us feel comfortable and truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle. Mr. Willie was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question and went above and beyond! His professionalism, honesty, and genuine larger than life personality made this one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had.   They are all a bunch of liars except Jordan. He didn't even sell me the lemon, but was the only one to take the time to listen to us and help in every way that he could. Heidi (the sales lady) couldn't even look us in the eyes when we returned, and sales manager sat in his office like a coward. He didn't even have the decency to get up from his chair and ask if he could help us. It was in bold print what they were responsible for, yet they refused to fix even the smallest of things that I pre-paid for! Things on vehicle were hidden with duct tape and rigged to not be visible. Do not buy from these people!! The photos aren't even the half of it. All of this was taped so that it was functional before sale!

  Just wanted to share the good experience I had with Lexie and Adam, in the service department at DeMontrond Kia. I had taken my Optima in for an issue. That’s where Lexie was very helpful with assisting me with getting my car diagnosed and also with getting my rental, after discovering that the issue required my car to be left for several days.. Lexie kept me updated on when parts were ordered and when they arrived. She also contacted and worked out arrangements with the third party warranty company, that I had chosen to use. My DeMontrond warranty forever would have covered it. But since I had been paying into my third party warranty for a while, I decided to use them. After the work was completed Lexie really stepped up and went to bat for me, when my third party company threw in a last minute very costly change, that neither she nor I expected. I appreciate her doing that. Then the manager Adam stepped in and made the situation even better. Since the last minute very costly change was not the fault of Lexie or myself, Adam rectified the situation very fairly. I really appreciate both of them for going above and beyond, to make sure that I left happy. And I DID !!
