  DEK ROCKS!!! Purchasing my 2027 Kia Telluride SX X-Line Prestige at Dennis Eakin Kia was my best experience ever when purchasing a new vehicle. Salesman Jeff San Nicolas was terrific to work with, and he did an outstanding job explaining the paperwork and how all of the new tech options worked on the Telluride. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Sales manager, Joe San Nicolas, was great too, and he ordered the exact vehicle and options that I was wanting on the vehicle. Debbie Fox did the paperwork when I purchased the vehicle, and she explained in detail the add-on options that were available to me. I have a 2022 Telluride and have had all my service done in their service department and everyone in service is knowledgeable and friendly and keeps my updated on where my vehicle stands while being serviced.

  So amazing to work with. Really helped us find an amazing car for a great price. She was patient, honest, informative, and never made us feel pressured at any point during the process. She answered every question we had and genuinely made us feel taken care of instead of just being another sale. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants them to leave feeling confident in their decision. I visited Cleo Bay Honda before coming here and they did not have the same welcoming staff. We’re so grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle.   My experience was truly exceptional, but what made it unforgettable was the way Lashunda Wilson and Jamie John treated my son. As a young 17-year-old, he had never purchased a car before, and they took the time to guide him through every step of the process. He received an up-close and personal lesson in how to treat customers with respect and care, as well as how to negotiate with integrity. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism not only made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable for both of us, but also provided my son with invaluable life skills. I am deeply grateful for the positive impact they had on him, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly outstanding customer experience.

  Ruben was my sales guy and he was incredible. I typically HATE buying a car because you’re at the dealership for hours. Ruben made the process extremely quick. He understood and worked with me and my requests. Marcus with finance was also incredible. I truly felt like they both treated me like family throughout the process. I also was only at the dealership for about 3 hours if that to buy my car. Thank you Ruben and Marcus!
