  I’ve purchased two trucks from here, about two years apart, and both experiences were great. The customer service was excellent each time. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of.   Mark Robles at Desert 215 Superstore - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was second to none! He handled my wheel bearing issue (which had been impacting my travel) with outstanding speed and professionalism. What really stood out was how proactively he communicated with me every step of the way. The dealership even provided transportation support to and from the location, which made the whole process so much easier — something I’ve rarely experienced at other dealers. I was especially impressed that I never felt upsold or pressured, even while addressing additional issues on my vehicle. Mark truly focused on taking care of me as a customer. My vehicle is running great again, and the problem is completely resolved. Because of this level of service, I will definitely be returning to Desert 215 Superstore in the future.   I had an exceptional experience working with Matt. He made my jeep buying experience awesome! He spent a lot of time answering questions and was very patient thru all my phone calls, going out of his way to explain things. Joe in Finance was great too and we had a smooth transition into making me a Hella Yella Jeep Sahara owner! Woo Hoo! Thanks Guys!👍🏻

  Amazing, out of this world experience. The team at Desert 215 Superstore are fanominal. Cliff, Tyrone, and Joe are the perfect trio. Plus all staff behind the scenes. As a single mom with a college first year student felt like it was a Christmas adventure. Just an ease that words can't express. If you are in the market for an automobile this is your only place to go.
