  I had a 9 o’clock appointment and the staff knew I was waiting for the vehicle. No one touched my vehicle until 11 o’clock. I left this dealership around 11:30. I was given a text message and was told I could ask about the status of my vehicle at any time I did I got no response after 45 minutes. I went back to the shop and I ask status of my vehicle and of course no one had touched it yet. I was told you were shortstaffed. I was told you were having a hard time getting your text to use the app that generated my responses from that text. I sent an email using a link on the dealership website to your Service delivery manager and instead of getting a response from the service manager, I got a sales pitch from a young lady trying to sell me a 2013 or a 2015 vehicle when clearly I have a 2024 terrain with 14,000 miles that I bought brand new from your dealership like nothing about my experience was pleasant. first of all I have been in Customer Service literally all my life. I was mortified when your service staff your front office receptionist and everyone else walking around consistently told everyone on Saturdays your short staffed you have a skeleton crew. Do you realize that your customers don’t care about that like if you’re short staffed and have a skeleton crew don’t make an appointment with anyone for Service if you can’t service them well if I didn’t have this vehicle and have to come to you for service I would come to you at all. I will never come and buy a vehicle there again. This is my first experience buying a vehicle buying from you versus Roger Dean is night and day Roger Dean Chevrolet -Sales always took care of me when I had my Chevrolet when I switched to GMC everything went downhill although I love the vehicle I don’t love the service I’ve gotten from your team. It’s a long drive for me to get to your dealership and to wait over two hours for a simple oil change. You didn’t even need to change my tires and rotate my tires. It was just an all-around

  Warren and Wayne were both very friendly and professional. They were transparent about the pricing of the vehicle, proved there were no junk fees added in, and provided a fair offer on my trade-in. I shopped about 6 different dealers to find the right one who would be fair with me; Dixie proved to be the best of them! Their process was straightforward and efficient, and I was out the door with my new truck in a very reasonable time. Not the usual "wear-you-down", all day process most dealerships put their customers through. If I decide to get another GMC on my next purchase, I will definitely return to purchase again at Dixie Buick GMC, Ft Myers. Thanks guys! Loving the truck so far!

  I’ve had a great experience with the service department at Dixie Buick. Gage has always been accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether it’s a small issue or a major repair, he takes the time to explain everything and make sure my vehicle gets the attention it needs. His customer service and willingness to help have made every visit easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Gage and the Dixie Buick service team to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

  Naples was not able to give me that exceptional customer service that I was looking for so I bypass them and drove to Fort Myers after meeting Raymond Good, he was able to go above and beyond in definitely delivering ,he was able to give me that wow in the experience I was looking for. Thank you, Raymond for the patience and understanding and delivering exactly the vehicle that I was looking for, hope to see you soon. Ps, I love my new car.

  I went in with my friend who was looking for a truck. We didn't feel judged for what we drove in with. Everyone was very polite and inviting. Our salesman was Raymond Good. He listened to my friends needs and checked his stock. He didn't have her perfect truck and got her info. When the truck she was looking for arrived he contacted her and she now has a great truck! Great place, the staff listened and didn't try and force just anything off on her. Recommend checking for your next truck with Dixie Buick GMC!
