  Would give 10 stars if I could. Had DEF system issue. Being from out of state I anticipated getting raked over the coals. Had to leave truck overnight. All hotels in Fernly were full. Fernley loaned me a vehicle so I could spend night in Reno 35 miles away. Cannot say enough about Michael, Dwayne, Chris the tech,and Olivia. Cannot say enough about these people. Totally satisfied and would enthusiastically recommend Fernley CJDR.

  Where do I start with our AMAZING experience…Jeff was just one of the individuals who helped us initially when we first arrived at the dealership and his demeanor and professionalism were above and beyond any expectations you set for a “good car buying experience”, his good friend of many many years, Robert, got involved as well and to our benefit Robert happened to be the GM here at Dolan auto group in Fernley. My wife and I arrived interested in a new vehicle we had seen online and as we’re requesting to see the vehicle and in the short time these two got to know us they knew the one we requested to see wasn’t going to be the best vehicle for us, and they were right! They went above and beyond and brought several other extremely nice Jeeps that were so much better and much more suited to who we are and what we needed and wanted. We test drove the heck out of all of them and usually during test drives it can be a little uncomfortable, but not with these guys at your side! Jeff and Robert were genuine, honest and just down right good people. As we were with them my wife had gotten a call from our insurance giving us the bad news our previous 2021 Gladiator Rubicon was officially declared totaled and we weren’t too happy about the payout amount they offered her, Robert kicked it into gear and took his own time to find comps to give the insurance company of what other similar Gladiators were actually selling for which gave us leverage with the insurance and helped tremendously with our total payout and that also means…. We’re gonna have to get another one while we’re here…. They Immediately told us they’ll be right back and brought over a beast of a Gladiator Rubicon with ALL the bells and whistles and we were sold at first sight. As we’re now buying two vehicles I started joking about getting all these discounts and I kept shooting large numbers to be taken off the price off the now’ two Jeeps we’re buying…Without a single hesitation and expressing so much sympathy

  This has been by far the easiest and the customer service has exceeded my expectations! From start to finish this process has been painless. Most people are probably like me who are always skeptical about salespeople but Nitza was absolutely amazing, kept in contact consistently, even after I declined one offer she still kept going to bat until she got one I couldn’t refuse! Yazmin was extremely helpful with the buying process! Geoff immediately called the next day to schedule the delivery day of my new vehicle. All this and I didn’t once have to step inside the dealership, the online buying process was incredibly simple and the folks there were always willing to help out and make the process as simple as possible! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle, near or far this process has been incredibly simple! Thank you, Nitza, Yazmin, Geoff, and the Dolan Fernley team!

  I made a call to Louie Mori about getting into a new to me truck. he listened to what I needed in a truck, I asked about one I liked, but it was sold, unfortunately I didn't hear back from him that day again. I thought he got too busy or just couldn't get me into anything that was in my budget, or just plain forgot about me. I couldn't have been more wrong, he called me the next day with the perfect rig for me, they made the numbers work for my budget, got the deal done, and I was on my way. I've had the truck for about 4 weeks at this point and it's still doing great.

  So I need some work done on my 2005 Dodge neon. Nothing major. Just my a/c checked out because it’s not cooling. Also car has a rough idle when cold. I was told they can not work on my car because it’s older than 7 years old. Wow was that saying I need to buy a new car. Yes it is a 2005 car but has only 87k miles. In my opinion that’s a good reason to never do any kind of business with a company that won’t stock parts and service a car that is 7 years and older. Oh yeah. It’s the dealerships choice to not service vehicles 7 years or older. Of course they will try to convince you it’s the manufacturer but don’t buy that for a second. Just had a 2011 GMC sierra 1500 pickup and a local dealer in Reno put a new engine in it and did a great job. I guess I will be buying a new GM manufactured car. lol. SMH.
