  Nick was amazing to work with! We bought a brand-new car back in February and absolutely love it. What really stands out is that Nick has personally checked in several times since then to make sure we're still happy with our purchase.   They lie, they lie, and they lie some more. My car supposedly went through a 163 point presale inspection and somehow they missed an oil leak before the car was sold to me. Now, they are not admitting that my car is leaking oil. The manager told me “It is just tire dressing/engine degreaser, the car is not leaking oil.” The man wants me to bring my car to back dealership so we can prove to them that it is leaking oil after they already looked at it and told me it just had too much engine degreaser/tire dressing sprayed all over it. Every time I drive it, oil leaks and the oil level is getting lower and lower. My car is not safe to drive long distance and it was totally misrepresented by the dealership. I would never have bought this vehicle if I would have thoroughly looked under the hood. Please, please, please take a mechanic with you when you are getting serious about purchasing a vehicle so you will not be in the situation I am in. I had to take my car to another Chevy dealership to get it diagnosed even though Mr. Henderson told me “You can take that car to any other dealership and they will not find an oil leak.” Yeah right, buddy. In your dreams.

  I appreciate how I can make an appt for service and they honor my scheduled appt time and work quickly to get my car back to me. I drive approx 1hr out of my way and pass multiple dealerships just to go to Don Davis in El Campo due to their friendly/helpful service dept.
