  I have been buying vehicles from Don Miller since they sold Pontiac vehicles! I have always been treated so well by everyone there. I was lured in by a new Grand Cherokee they had on the lot. Markeith greeted me right away and he was great to work with. It was pouring rain and storming and he brought the vehicle inside to the service area so I didn't have to go out in the rain to check it out. I took it for a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle. They made it work for me to take delivery of the vehicle that day. In fact, they brought it inside (it was still pouring rain) to clean it up for delivery. They also brought my trade in vehicle into the service bay so I could transfer my belongings without getting all wet and to prevent possible hail damage if the storms were bad. Dan took care of the financing for me and like always, he took great care of me. He knows exactly what I'm thinking and the paperwork goes so smoothly. We also have great conversations and laughter during what is usually the most tedious part of buying a vehicle. After the financing part was complete, Markeith finished by helping me set up my vehicle preferences. He promised that he would call to check on me and the vehicle and he has! I recommend Don Miller to anyone that asks because they will treat you well!

  After looking a multiple cars, I decided to go with Jeep. I’ve worked with Don Miller in the past and knew that everyone there would be wonderful! Markeith and I had spoken on the phone earlier in the week and when I arrived at the dealership, he came out right away to greet me. I immediately felt extremely comfortable with him and knew I was working with someone knowledgeable. After some back and forth (and lots of running on Markeith’s part) I was leaving with a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Markeith was absolutely wonderful to deal with, he is such a kind, funny man who is truly there to help get the best deal possible for you. I also worked with Dan in financing and he was also just as wonderful. You are treated like family while there!! Strongly recommend Don Miller!!

  Five-star experience from start to finish. Keith Norris helped me get into a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the service. He was personable, transparent, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Keith thoroughly explained all the features and my car’s capabilities ensuring I knew how to work and use it. I also worked with Dan, the financial business manager, I was very pleased with how honest, knowledgeable, and patient he is. He went over all my different options and I really valued his opinions on making sure I got the best deal! Lastly, the owner himself, Dave Miller, came and met with me directly. He is so kind and genuine, he truly runs a great business! I was so impressed, that I asked for a photo with him! The service was above and beyond my expectations, and I also found my dream Jeep! Definitely look forward to continuing doing business with Don Miller Jeep!

  This was not a sale, it was a miracle being made. Andre Bauswell went over and beyond. From being denied at other dealers and banks. I can back to Don Miller 2 times, I wanted the truck of my dreams. He told me to have faith. He wanted this for ME and didn’t care about a sale. He said let’s get you this truck. His Genuine personality and compassion he has for his customers is outstanding. He said I will call you back let me work on this. Welp there you have it, he said come get your truck.
