  My fiance and I spent everyday after work for 2 weeks looking for a new vehicle for her that would 1: be affordable and 2: be reliable. It seemed there was no hope in sight. That is until Dan with sales team at Don Rob Mitsubishi swooped in to save the day AGAIN. He was very consistent with updates,vehicles they had, and options to explore for us. After looking at a few options Dan belived he had found a great car with 1 previous owner that my fiance would like. WELL he was correct, we ended up test diving a 2022 Outlander...My fiance fell in love with this vehicle immediately. The sales team including Dan and Mitch made this entire process the easiest we have ever experienced with any dealership. Without their help this would have not even crossed our minds to be achievable. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Don Rob and I can confidently say... we will return for our next purchase. Shout out to Dan and Mitch in sales, thank you finance team and managers for understanding our parameters and being easy and clear to work with. Thank you Don Rob!

  I do not enjoy car shopping, however, the experience my husband and I had with Don Robinson was truly an exception. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, helpful, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out was the exceptional customer service even after our purchase; when we ran into an unexpected issue, the team went above and beyond to take care of us without hesitation. Huge shout-outs to Jase, AJ, Wen, and the service department. We did not feel like just another customer but a truly valued neighbor in this community they wanted to help.

  My close friend just purchased a used vehicle within the last 6 days. 2015 Ram Promaster 1500. Put less than 500 miles on it and it has: TPMS light on, check engine light on, and the notorious oil cooler leak that the 3.6 is known for. It sure sounds to me like the scanner just erased the codes and there was no quality inspection done on this thing. Do Better Don Robinson! Call your customer and make this right.

  I've got to share, excellent experience at DR Mitsubishi. Everything went so smooth, professional and stress free. I always dread the process of buying a car and fear getting taken advantage of- The younger salesman, Jace was awesome. I felt like i was talking to a friend vs a salesman. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new ride. The manager was cool too. Big dude, Kolin i think his name was.

  My wife had a very smooth experience trading in her car. Afterwards however there was an issue with receiving the plates that could have been very stressful. Kolin went the extra mile and tracked down replacement plates and did multiple calls to get them in our hands. He wasn’t even the one who sold us the vehicle and he still did that! Not only that, but the moment our plates became available, Trevor drove 45 minutes from St Cloud to the DMV and then drove all the way to deliver the plates to our doorstep in WOODBURY - free of charge. Wonderful customer service, would give 10 stars if we could!!
