  Ask for Greg Weber. ( The guy in the purple shirt below) Seriously — if you’re looking for someone professional, transparent, easy to work with, and genuinely trying to help, Greg is your guy. In my opinion, future 3-time Nissan Award of Excellence winner (currently 2-time winner). He made the entire process smooth, low-pressure, and straightforward from start to finish. Huge thank you as well to Jeremy, the General Manager, for making the deal mutually beneficial and handling everything with honesty and transparency. There were no games, no gimmicks, and no wasted time — just straightforward communication and a real willingness to work with us to make the deal happen. Jim, the Sales Manager, also went above and beyond by helping coordinate delivery of the vehicle directly to our home and making sure we were taken care of throughout the process. The hospitality from the entire team really stood out. And Mike and Sebastian in finance were awesome. Very transparent, personable, and worked hard to structure the deal in a way that worked well for everyone involved. They made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a vehicle feel easy and hassle-free. Overall, this was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve had. The whole team was welcoming, eager to help, and treated us with respect throughout the process. In an industry that often gets criticized for pressure and games, these guys did business the right way. Highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business.

  I had my first great car-buying experience today!! This is not something I thought I would say but Don Williamson Nissan earned my business. Markus was my salesman and he was kind and down to earth, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mike the finance person was personable and didn’t try to upsell me on products I didn’t need.

  I had an outstanding experience with Don Williamson Nissan in Jacksonville, NC. I had traveled all the way from Richmond, VA a 354 mile trip to purchase a 2020 BMW X7 M50i, and it was worth every mile! My salesperson, Treyvon, greeted me immediately as I was pulling into the parking lot and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Throughout the entire process, Treyvon treated me like royalty and provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Treyvon and Marcus were professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. The team went above and beyond by detailing my SUV, making sure it was spotless, and filling up the gas tank before I left. Marcus was also incredibly helpful and took the time to follow up after the purchase to make sure I and my SUV were doing well. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated.   A few days ago, I scheduled my 20,000-mile routine maintenance appointment for my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder at Don Williamson Nissan in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
