  My experience purchasing my 2026 GMC Canyon AT4X AEV Edition from Donaldson GMC in Silsbee, Texas, was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. From my salesperson all the way to the finance manager, everyone was knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and straightforward. There were no games or unnecessary delays—just honest communication and a smooth, efficient buying experience. They made the entire process simple and stress-free while still making me feel valued as a customer. I truly appreciated how easy they made the purchase of my dream truck. Their professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear they take pride in treating customers the right way.   I called and ask for an out the door price and within a few minutes they gave it to me and that was the actual check price of the sale. Discounted just like the internet price advertised. It was an easy transaction, and they even sent me a check for a tax that I didn't owe. Honest and easy to deal with. They recommended a transport service to deliver the vehicle to me and everything went perfectly. Fedex'ed me the paper work 2 days after I got the vehicle. It's nice to see a business with integrity. Buy with confidence from them.

  After shopping several local dealerships, the general sales manager Perry Jones and the sales person Haley at Donaldson Chevrolet were amazing treating us with the utmost respect and fulfilling every request and concern we had. Love the truck!!!
