  We purchased our Kia Carnival from Dulles Kia and had a really great experience from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Hernesto, was responsive, patient, and easy to work with throughout the process. After shopping around quite a bit, we appreciated that they were straightforward with pricing and gave us a fair value for our trade-in. What also stood out was that the manager personally came out to speak with us. He was reasonable, professional, and willing to work with us, which honestly made the experience even better. Buying a car with three kids can be stressful, but the team at Dulles Kia made everything feel smooth and low pressure. We’re very happy with our new Carnival and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional dealership experience.

  I had a great experience purchasing a car at this dealer and I had a wonderful sales representative. Arkeem was very patient and kind. Also making sure everything with the car was perfect and test driving the car with him was very pleasant because his vibes and attitude is very inviting and easy to keep conversation flowing! I felt very cared about with Arkeem and with the rest of the personnel’s at the dealership! Out of many sales persons I’m so glad I had Arkeem! Would recommend! Very on top of things, quick, easy, and direct!

  Despite me showing up at a late time to shop for my car Kia Dulles was so welcoming and patient with me during the entire process! Ethan was amazing to work with during my car buying experience. He was very patient, friendly, and took his time to make sure I understood all my options. I never felt pressured at any point, which made the whole process much less stressful. He was honest, respectful, and really went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with my decision.   We were ready to go all electric so we stopped here to test drive the EV9 which we loved right away. By then we had also test driven a couple more EV SUVs so the choice was tough but we ended up getting the EV9 from Dulles Kia. Amr was our salesperson and he was awesome, we were glad to have been helped by him. Everyone there was super helpful from the salespeople to the parts department. Would absolutely return and recommend!

  Dulles Kia is the best place to go to get your car serviced! I’ve gone to Danny for a while and he always delivers high quality, professional work with excellent communication. He is also extremely knowledgeable, answers every question, and takes time to explain what each part does and why it needs to be fixed. I’ve had nothing but the best with Dulles Kia and Danny.
