  Sevn was fantastic to work with!! Personable, kind and knowledgeable the whole way through. I went in to look at a car I saw online and Sevn made the entire process smooth and comfortable for someone like me purchasing their first car. Other dealerships I had went to tried to push other cars on me and get me to consider something out of my budget or something I simply wasn’t interested in. This was the complete opposite. No one even mentioned a different car to me even though I was looking at the only Mazda on the lot rather than a Kia. The process was long, as I expected. Lots of waiting around but all in all, I left with the exact car I wanted. The only small issue I had was when I asked the finance manager about a warranty for the car, I decided to pass for the time being and he kept pushing. He then tried to convince my moms boyfriend (whom I brought with me simply as moral support - I was the one purchasing the car) that I should take the warranty and basically ignored what I said about not wanting it. It just rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, he was very helpful and the process was smooth. Thank you to everyone at the dealership that helped me purchase my first car!

  I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership in my life! From the minute we walked into the dealership we were greeted with smiling faces and they made sure we were taken care of in every way! Garret, Quan, and DeMara deserve a FATTTTT raise ❤️ I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with today, genuinely, thank you!

  I had a great experience at Dutch Kia of Charlotte. Natalia and Quan were both extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth, easy-going, and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would definitely recommend Dutch Kia of Charlotte to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

  Oh my gosh Natalla Zapata was so awesome. Everything was so perfect. I saw an used car it was beautiful but it was best I bought a new car. Yaw she found the exact car. I almost cried. I'm 62 years old never bought a new car. She will do everything to make it happen. And the sales advisor Gary was awesome too. These people are very honest. I am over joyed. I can't wait to go see my grands in MS. They all can fin it my new 2026 Sorento. Thank you!!!!
