  First of all I have purchased many new carsover the years, But Dyer Kia has been the best experience ever! From the salesman, Keaton Chavis, to the finance officer, Nick Wines the process of very easy for my wife and I. They answered every question, and we had a lot, to the test drive till the closing the deal, it was a very pleasant experience! And I also want to thank the dealership manager, Bob Ruis, who went up and above my expectations with the whole process! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from the Dyer dealerships to everyone looking for a new or certified new car 🚗 😎❤️🙏☺️

  We had an amazing experience buying our Kia Carnival! The entire process was smooth and much easier than we expected. We absolutely love our Carnival—it has exceeded our expectations and is perfect for our family. A huge thank you to Keaton for making the experience so enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.   We went to Dyer KIA in Lake Wales, Florida today and bought this beauty here. We were pleasantly surprised. The sales guys were not overly aggressive. Everyone seemed calm and just doing business as usual, busy, fast paced environment. We met C. Muller, the sales guy who helped us throughout the purchase. This was the nicest guy, professional, attentive and very respectful. He made sure we were comfortable and at ease. At the finance office we met John. John and Muller make a great team. John was also professional, knowledgeable and helpful. John was upfront and transparent with the different packages and pricing. This whole experience gave me hope. I went to the dealership expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprise by the staff. I will buy my next two cars, for my 2 teenage kids at this dealership because of John and C. Muller.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Dyer Kia. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. Edward was friendly and helpful in every way. He understood my budget and helped in every way to bring down the price to what I could afford. Ricky was also very knowledgeable and helped to make the paperwork experience an easy and understandable process. I am very satisfied with my car and I am thankful for this team who helped me to make a great purchase.
