  I bought a 2022 Chevrolet in December 2025, and it had some electrical problems. They promised to fix them and told me to call to schedule an appointment. I've called several times, and all they tell me is that they'll call me back to see what day they have available. They've never called me back to resolve the problem. I don't recommend them.

  I didn’t negotiate. Didn’t hassle. Traded in car for a truck. But I’m still making payments on my trade in? Explain the math here. I’m jumping over hurdles trying to figure this out and get refunds. Do better Palestine

  Contacted EAG in Palestine about having our Wagoneer serviced. Called the service department multiple times over multiple days with no answer. I finally spoke to the receptionist who said she would hand deliver a note to the service department. I am still waiting on that call a week later. I called another Jeep dealership in a neighboring town and they got me in the very next day. No questions asked. No waiting. No hassle.
