  *update is listed below our original review* Although I was ultimately unable to finalize a deal, I wanted to take a moment to share my very positive experience with this dealership. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and respectful throughout the entire process even with me being frustrated and feeling defeated after visiting 10 other different dealerships. What stood out most to me especially compared to several other dealerships I visited was the fairness and clarity of the out-the-door pricing. Unlike others that added excessive fees (some exceeding $3,000), the eagle dealership maintained very reasonable and straightforward costs, which I truly appreciated. In my situation, I needed to stay within a specific out-the-door budget. While we came very close after negotiations, we weren’t quite able to align on the final numbers. That said, I genuinely believe this is one of the best dealerships I’ve worked with, and I would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a vehicle. Thank you again for the excellent experience and looking forward to doing a deal in the near future UPDATE: After renegotiating terms that worked for both myself and the dealer a deal was made, and I walked away with my Yukon Denali! Definitely my go to dealer.

  Great experience all around. From Bruce who texted me when I had any questions to Steve who took me on the test drive. To BIg Bob who did the financing. Would recommend a home town dealer atmosphere to anyone. I will shop there again in the future.

  2nd Truck I have purchased from here. No games no pressure like the larger corporate dealerships that add on pricing and rip you off. These are some local independent honest people. Les and Russ and the whole finance team did a great job. Will be buying more vehicles from them. Local hometown dealership feel. Not too many left at all in Crystal River. Go see them!

  My wife and I were out looking at cars and we went to Eagle Buick in Homossassa Springs. This car is my 16th vehicle I have purchased. We spoke with the salesman, Marc and I explained to him that I'm a disabled veteran with very bad anxiety and that I take a lot of medicine and that I had to go get something to eat. He went to the owner Russ and they bought our lunch and told us it didn't matter if we bought a vehicle or not. I told him we had a story to tell him and he said he would be there to listen when we came back from lunch. Russ came in when we got back and he sat and listened to our spiritual journey for over 45 minutes which says a lot about his character. It really was not the experience of buying a car because I've had that experience 15 other times. I've lived broken inside most of my life but I will say after meeting Linda, Marc and Russ and during the time spent with them I felt whole again. We will never forget this experience. It's not about buying a car, we felt like we were among friends who really care about us as people. Thank you Eagle Buick family! Anthony and Tracy

  I have been buying cars from Eagle Buick since 1993. Every time they have done me right. In and out with no issues and I pretty much have always driven off the lot, not having buyers remorse. Last car we bought the wife we regret not buying from Eagle. When on the lot picking out my new truck this weekend, all she could say is she will never go to another lot again and I was right we should have went there first when we picked out her last vehicle. So next vehicle is for her and we will differently be coming back.
