  I had a great experience buying my car here! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They answered all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and helped me find the perfect car. Everything was explained clearly, and the purchase went smoothly. I really appreciate how helpful and patient everyone was throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a stress-free buying experience.   Taylor Bates provided an exceptional level of service throughout my vehicle purchase. As a first-time car buyer, I approached the process with some uncertainty; however, he made the entire experience clear to me. It was also an hour after closing, so I sincerely appreciate the professionalism, patience, and dedication demonstrated. It is reassuring to know there are dealerships that take pride in supporting and guiding younger buyers with such care and integrity.

  Matt and his sales team at Eastern Shore Hyundai were absolutely amazing! The owner was even there, introduced himself, and was incredibly welcoming. I bought this car for my wife for her birthday, and the team went above and beyond by having it ready with a big red bow on the hood. The vehicle itself is amazing and very comfortable. I was blown away by the features and the performance of the Hyundai IONIQ 9—it honestly drives better than my Mercedes S550. If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend going to Eastern Shore Hyundai. However, please whatever you do, do not go to Allen Turner Hyundai. I found them to be rude, unprofessional, and unethical in their business practices. Save yourself the headache and stick with the excellent team at Eastern Shore!

  Excellent experience at Eastern Shore Hyundai! From the time I walked in the door until I drove off in the car of my dreams, I was treated like a valued customer. Christina Windmeir graciously greeted me, asked me what I was looking for then spent many hours helping me find exactly what I was looking for, that was in my price range, and without all the pressure and haggling many dealership do. Once my choice was made the finance manager, Jennifer Smith was able to find an amazing finance rate for me that fit my budget perfectly. Once the paperwork was completed, Ms Jennifer did NOT rush me to blindly sign my name, she took the time to explain each document, and when the last document was signed and she handed me the signed paperwork, with her name and number on the envelope, and told me to call if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Eastern Shore Hyundai!

  So today I went in to look at the 2026 Elantra N with thinking I'd just do a test drive. I ended up leaving with it. Amazing people and environment. A huge shout out to Matt and Bentley for going above and beyond to get me in this car!! I appreciate everything you guys did today to make it happen. My first dealership car. They made it happen! Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place.
