  I bought a 2026 New/Used Camry LE (In ocean gem) today, and my salesman Court did absolutely amazing, he helped me with everything i needed! This is my second ever Camry, they are sleek and very safe cars that get great gas mileage. My last one saved my life after getting rear ended! I honestly would never get another make or model. If you are looking to buy a new car that’s safe and very reliable maybe for yourself or your kids, definitely come here, as i was greeted with kindness and respect. Court also helped me so much with all the paperwork and helped me get a great deal on my gorgeous new car. He was very well spoken and super knowledgeable, i could not recommend him more! Not only that all the staff were so nice and they made me feel like i was right at home. I’m so happy about this car, this experience, and my salesman. I couldn’t have picked a better place to buy it! So totally swing by there and tell them i sent you! If you’re looking for a sign to buy a new car, especially a Toyota, take this as your sign. It’s 10000% worth it.

  We had a great experience buying our first new car with Matt at Eastern shore! We showed up two hours before closing and we were trying to decide between two cars, and he helped make the process smooth and quick while still making sure we got everything we wanted. He was very friendly and professional and personable and made this first milestone a memorable experience. This dealership was the only one in the area that had exactly what we wanted in stock.   I knew the time to get a new vehicle was coming up. My old vehicle is still running, but it's 15 years old. So I started lightly looking around and researching vehicles a couple years ago, just to see what I would like to get when I was ready. As I got into 2026, I knew this was the time, and began to pick from my top set. I decided on getting a Corolla for size, comfort, reliability, and amenities. I began scrolling online just casually browsing stock and saw there was a potential coming in stock at eastern shore. My rep Mona emailed me checking out my interest, and she went to work. I had a lot of questions about the process since the vehicle I wanted wasn't even on the lot yet. She was Amazing. She got every answer and walked me through the process via text and email. It was so straight forward and easy. I did my deal over the phone and locked in an amazing price without ridiculous hassle. I put a deposit down to lock my particular vehicle, and it was removed from site and listed as sold so no one else could touch it. Then we scheduled my appointment to come pick up the vehicle. In person Mona was even more wonderful and everything ran smoothly. I was treated like a King. The facilities were beautiful, everything was completed immaculately. They made me test drive my car just to be sure it was exactly what I wanted and that everything was done the way I wanted. It was perfect. As I drove Mona went over everything, her knowledge was exceptional. She helped me set everything while we waited for the last bit of paper work. The lady helping with financing was also Amazing. She guided me through all of the paper work and what she suggested, and her suggestions were on point! I had done my research ahead of time, so I was excited to see the amount of knowledge and effort they put in to getting me the best of the best. Truly awesome experience. As soon as it was signed, I got the keys. Car was ready. Boom boom boom.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience. I was well taken care of made sure that I had everything that I needed, and understood everything that I was signing. I was in and out in a timely manner I never felt rushed one bit. Everyone in the Eastern Shore Toyota family made me feel comfortable and made sure to give me a good deal on a good vehicle for me and my family. I felt valued from the time that I walked in till the time I left and even after I left they made sure to reach out and see how I was doing that is customer satisfaction at its finest! Thank you so much Eastern Shore Toyota to the whole team, I look forward to doing business with you in the future as well as my family!

  Absolute worse experience I have had at a dealership. I’ve had a few under my belt too. Sales person was okay to deal with until I put in my offer. I offered an out the door offer and he came back with some counter trying to say it’s exactly what I wanted but it wasn’t. The amount financed would have been what I offered minus my 5000 down. Typical stealership trickery. I wasn’t happy they immediately started with the games. He brought the sales manager over who absolutely refuse to work with me unless I financed with their lenders. He continued to bash their competition saying they would not work with me either. No thanks! Long story short I got a nicer higher level trim Honda for less than the base Toyota Corolla right next door at Tameron Honda. People do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost.
