3 months agoExcellent experience shopping for a car for my mother. Xander was very patient and pleasant, a genuinely nice young man. The entire process took about 2 hours, that included paperwork and 2 test drives. Highly satisfied with the entire experience.

5 months agoSeth is amazing! He listens to his customers and goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. We have bought 2 cars off Seth and will definitely be calling him next time we're ready for a new vehicle.

2 months agoresharing this since it was taken down- I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in November 2024 and have continued servicing it there regularly for oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. During multiple visits, I was advised that my rear brake pads would eventually need replacement, but I was never informed that critical rear brake hardware — specifically the brake pad shims — was missing. Recently, I took the vehicle to another certified dealership closer to my home for inspection and was informed that the rear brake pad shims were not installed. I was also advised that these components are important to the proper function and wear of the brake system and that their absence could contribute to premature wear and related issues. When I contacted Eastern Shore to address my concerns, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Rather than taking the concern seriously or offering to review the situation further, I was repeatedly told the missing parts were ‘not necessary.’ However, another certified dealership strongly disagreed and confirmed the hardware should have been present. I fully understand that I purchased the vehicle used. However, my concern is that the missing brake hardware was never disclosed to me despite the vehicle being repeatedly serviced and inspected at this dealership over an extended period of time. Had I been informed earlier, I would have addressed the issue immediately before it potentially contributed to further wear and damage. I am disappointed not only by the situation itself, but by the lack of accountability and professionalism shown when I attempted to resolve the matter respectfully

6 months agoSeth was the best…saw his post on FB Marketplace, reached out, he responded right away, drove over, he and the car were waiting for me, and everything sailed through quickly. Nice guy, easy to talk too, energetic, follows through, and responsive online, texts, and calls. He’s great.

3 months agoWe purchased a SUV from this dealership one week ago. Our experience went very, very well. We worked with, Xander Taylor, and he was wonderful to work with. Xander was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in every way. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealership, and ask for, Xander!
