  Ed Martin Collision did an amazing job on my F150. They painted my cowl hood for me and installed it perfectly. They also repainted my mirror caps and my back bumper. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Shoutout to Brock the manager who made sure the process was seamless. I will be sure to send all my referrals that way.

  Brent was incredible to work with from start to finish. My wife and I were referred to him by a family member who has bought multiple vehicles from him over the years, and after our experience, we completely understand why they spoke so highly of him. He took the time to listen to what we needed and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our lifestyle and budget without any pressure. Brent was honest, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This was by far the best car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had, and we’ll definitely continue going back to Brent for future vehicle purchases. Highly recommend!

  On Fri July 17 our AC stopped working in our 2022 Equinox after hours of course. On Sat my husband was on the phone with Ed Martin at 7 AM. Got to dealership at 730. Tiffany was amazing and worked her tail off getting the insurance to cover a rental car since it was a manufacturing defect and no fault of ours or a critter. I can't say enough about Tiffany doing everything she could to get all the moving part into place so that not only did we have a rental but that the repair wasn't going to cost us 1800.00! From the service department to the sales guys making sure that we were getting the help we needed everyone was amazing. Thank you for all you do and Tiffany doesn't get paid nearly enough 😉

  Used 2016 Porsche Macan I have purchased several cars, spanning across several states over my lifetime. My most recent purchase with Ed Martin was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Call it sketchy sales tactics, incompetency or whatever you want- at no point should you list a used vehicle for sale without properly inspecting it and having the necessary repairs made to make it road ready. How would you feel if you drove five hours to pick up a vehicle only to be told as you walked in the door, that an issue has been found. Keep in mind you could’ve communicated that to me well before my arrival,something you knew days in advance. They didn’t even have the vehicle detailed! Who does that!? It makes perfect sense now if you consider it was never leaving the lot that day..To make matters worse, being told that we will have a fix one day only to be told again of another delay, is by far the worst thing you can do to the client experience. I know it’s not the most expensive vehicle on the lot but every purchase matters. No amount of compensation can make up for the amount of lost time and headaches I’ve had with this purchase. Shame on me for not getting anything in writing and you can rest assured I will never be coming back, not like it matters to them anyway. This really deserved a zero star review.

  Cory was amazing! He made the process so quick and easy gathering information ahead of time. From the time we arrived to test drive, do the paperwork and drive off in our new car was less than an hour. Cory is awesome and such a great guy. We really enjoyed our time with him! I LOVE my new car! Thank you!
