  My mother purchased a vehicle from this dealership and shortly after the purchase began experiencing mechanical issues. The vehicle is currently back at the dealership for inspection due to concerns about coolant loss. One of the biggest frustrations has been the lack of communication with Ramon the Saleman and Glen the GM. We were also told that a loaner vehicle would be provided, but obtaining the promised loaner has been difficult and has added to the inconvenience. We are still waiting for a diagnosis and final resolution from the dealership. I will update this review based on how the issue is ultimately handled.

  This is our 3rd Nissan lease with Edison Nissan, and once again they exceeded our expectations! We initially planned on going to a local dealership that was much closer to home, but after thinking about the experience we’ve always had at Edison Nissan, we decided to make the longer drive—and we’re so glad we did. The level of customer service, professionalism, and honesty is what keeps bringing us back. A huge thank you to BIC, Alex, Glenn, Mike, and the entire staff for making the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. Everyone treated us like family, answered every question, and worked hard to make sure we left happy. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely values long-term relationships over just making a sale, and that’s exactly what sets Edison Nissan apart. The extra drive is absolutely worth it, and they’ve earned our loyalty once again. If you’re looking for a dealership that puts customers first, delivers exceptional service, and stands behind their word, Edison Nissan is the place to go.   I bought a SUV from Edison Nissan. The experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I was met with a very warm welcome and the best assistance I’ve EVER received at a car dealership. My salesman, Blake Clay, was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and ready to help meet my car buying needs to the best of his ability. We also met with Steven Rosen (the sales manager) and he was so understanding and personable as well. They both made the experience feel very approachable and pleasant. Definitely recommend stopping by to see these guys!

  I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Edison Nissan. From the moment I walked in, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. A special thank you to Mahmed, who provided truly exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and attentive throughout the entire transaction. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but I also received a great deal on my vehicle. Mahmed and the team worked hard to make everything seamless, and the entire transaction was completed efficiently and without any surprises. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers on both service and value.   Seif was a great salesman. Steve the sales manager, Alex, and Blake were also amazing in helping my son purchase his first car! Thank you so much for everyone's help. Definitely recommend this dealership!
