  El Dorado Honda was an excellent choice for leasing my new HR-V! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciated the family atmosphere. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest communication and a team that truly listened to what I wanted and needed. They exceeded my expectations every step of the way and made the entire leasing process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Jason was positive, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with confidence. John was friendly, helpful, and approachable, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Matt was incredibly patient and respected my pace, taking the time to explain the things I wanted to know while not overwhelming me with information I didn’t need. He also kept everything moving along in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. Buying or leasing a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but this team made it an enjoyable experience. I absolutely love my new HR-V and can’t wait to come back in 36 months for another great experience. I highly recommend El Dorado Honda to anyone looking for a dealership that values honesty, customer service, and treating people like family.

  I love the staff here. The J’s, John and Jeff are super chill and easy going. I felt no pressure and I’m very happy with my experience buying my new car! I was in and out of there in under two hours. Thank you guys!!

  I appreciate all the crew at El Dorado Honda. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable for someone who was on their own first time getting a vehicle for them self bringing light to a dark situation thank you guys 110% again!

  I needed a battery. Melissa got me an appointment in a timely manner and all was well. I gave a 4 star because at checkout I was not told there would be an additional 3.5 % charge if I used my rewards credit card. This is new because I have been using my rewards card for years. But I only get 1% and now I. Being charged 3.5% to use it. Had I known I would not have used a credit card.

  Not 😡😳 technician did not go over information about car! Drove 1 mile realized that there was a check engine light on with emission system problem call dealership… called them it was 520 was told they wore closed!! They would take care of it on Monday!! This was a maintenance! No problems before!!!!!
