  I would like to share the great experience we had at El Dorado Mazda. From the very beginning, the service was very professional and friendly. We especially want to highlight Bassil, who helped us at all times with great patience, knowledge, and dedication. He made sure to answer all our questions and ensured we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks to his attention, everything was much easier and more enjoyable. Truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

  My sister recently purchased her first Mazda from Eldorado Mazda, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Reyan Chaudhry treated us with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. He never made us feel pressured. Instead, he took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and make sure my sister felt confident and excited about her purchase. You could tell he truly cared about helping her find the right vehicle, not simply making a sale. That level of customer service is hard to find. I also want to recognize Dylan Stanfield and Hassan Bakhtiar. Both managers worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving smoothly. They were professional, transparent, and worked with us to make the deal fair and stress-free from start to finish. As someone who previously worked as a Sales Manager at a Mazda dealership, I know what a great customer experience looks like. This team delivered one. They communicated well, respected our time, and made the entire process enjoyable. If you’re looking for a dealership that values people and treats customers the right way, ask for Reyan Chaudhry.   Purchased a vehicle from Mazda of McKinney this weekend. I will have to say that our salesperson Solomon was amazing! He worked very hard to get us the deal we needed. He was patient and persistent to help us get in the vehicle we were wanting. I purchased our first Mazda from another dealership, but after our experience we will only buy at Mazda of McKinney! If you need a great sales person who will work for you Solomon is your guy!

  Went in for a routine oil change. Was not advised that they do NOT accept the gold prepaid oil change service purchased via Mazda directly. After the fact let us know that they do NOT honor that agreement. (Only if you purchased the veh from their dealership) Purchased my cx-90 from a Mazda dealership in NY.. In addition my advisor tried to throw on extra charges such as a tire rotation I did not request.. AND removed my Costco sticker for future tire rotations.. I have no idea why.. Anyways the Mazda Town North in Richardson does accept the oil change service provided via Mazda directly. I would recommend them over this dealership for services. Not a great experience.. and it never feels good to be taken advantage of. We will be following up with the BBB and Mazda corporate on this matter.

  This is the 3rd new Mazda I have bought here and my fifth all together. Not only I highly recommend the dealership but also my sales agent Jairon Reyes who has been very transparent and helpful. Since my first Mazda I have not bought a different brand
