  Excellent experience! Flew in, the truck was as described & ready to go. Sales person organized & on top of things. In & out of finance in 6 minutes! Service writer made minor adjustments fast. Met the entire staff on arrival, including the dealership owner! Wish I lived closer. Highly recommended! No upsells, no issues!

  Elder Dodge is the best place to buy a vehicle. I never spend over 2hrs and back on the road with a new truck. This is my 6th truck from them always get what I want for my trade no hassle. I would recommend them with a 5 star.

  Great car buying experience all around, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. James and Blayne were fantastic in sales and Kelly made the finance part of the journey a breeze. Everyone was highly professional and extremely personable.

  Beware! Illegitimate business practices! They lie and send out scam emails to try to fish for info! And if they will lie about stuff like that, you know they are scamming you on your purchase! No integrity whatsoever. RECEIPTS: I've been getting misdirected emails from CDJR dealerships in the northeast Texas area for years (this isn't the only store - just the current one I'm having the issue with... But they are always in northeast Texas), and I've tried multiple times to get my email disconnected from this other person's records, but apparently to no avail. Today I noticed an email from this particular CDJR about a supposed appointment with a specific person (I believe her name was Brandy Stone) set for someone who is not me (yet another email errantly sent to my email address for some random reason). So, I used the link to supposedly email this employee to try to get them to remove my email address (it was sent from a noreply address so I had to use her email to try to reply), but it was kicked back as a false email address! So I looked up the dealership through Google and called them directly (not from the email) and asked for her by name. And I was indeed connected, as if she is a real person (which if she is indeed a real person, she needs to be fired for lying and sending out scam emails). Anyway, she confirmed the date of the appointment in the email and the name and town (which was not in the email) of the supposed person it was for. She even said she knew exactly who it was. Interestingly, I used to live in Texas. So when she said the town (the email didn't have the person's last name or I would have recognized it sooner), and I happened to know someone with that first name who used to live in that general area, I checked to see if it happened to be him, and she confirmed it was. Big mistake! I then contacted the supposed customer (fortunately the only contact info I had for him was still valid) and asked him why my email was connected to his vehicle a
