  Worked with Alexander was great! Friendly, informative. Got me the best deal for me. As my new jeep was being cleaned Alex went a step further, he looked to see if my payments could be lowered. Definitely a 5 star dealer. Hats off to Lee who helped us also.

  I purchased a new Ram from a different dealer - love the truck, but the original dealer could use some improvements in effective customer service after the sale. We decided to give Elgin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a shot at earning our business, and it has been a welcomed breath of fresh air. Our first experience with service rep. David addressed our maintenance needs including a recall and minor basic warranty repairs in a very efficient manner. The service manager, Pete, was very helpful in acknowledging and supporting his team and us as a customer. Where our previous dealer actively looked for ways to avoid warranty claims and nickel and dime customers, Elgin understands that when you treat people fairly it builds trust and loyalty with their customer base. They have accommodating scheduling options with a clear goal of quickly completing work and getting drivers back on the road. One of the biggest areas that sets them apart is that an employee answers all phone calls immediately in person, and directs customers to the appropriate area easily. We have now had quality experiences with service reps. David & Stephen as well as service manager Pete. We would definitely recommend this dealership from our high quality service experiences. Thanks for all of your hard work.   I have purchased many trucks over the last 20 years, and I have never had a purchase go as smoothly and efficiently as this one! I recently purchased my 2026 Ram truck and had a great experience. David Cruz was extremely patient and guided us through every step of the process. He worked hard to get us a great deal and made everything smooth and easy.
