  I came to empire hyundai of new Rochelle in hopes to drive off with a car and they did not disappoint! My salesman,Andre Smith, was extremely throughout and helpful throughout the ENTIRE process. Any and every question I had he answered with no problems. He really made me feel comfortable and helped with first time buyer jitters. Very human responses and I felt like family. Very inviting atmosphere. And my finance rep Jamie continued with the wonderful service. He helped me understand the ins and outs of the signing process and would not give up on me. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to potential buyers looking for a car! My experience here was a 11 out of 10!

  Andre Smith provided an outstanding experience from beginning to end during our car purchase at Hyundai.   Erica was absolutely amazing throughout the entire car-buying process. She was so sweet, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. I also want to thank Jaime in finance for being incredibly helpful and making the paperwork process smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend working with both of them!
