  Kasey Howe worked with me to get into a new 2026 Equinox. Nice guy, easy to work with and professional. I had a great experience! He understood my price point, that was very important since we are all on a strict budget these days. Lafontaine Highland Gmc was not very friendly, nor listened to my payment requirements. (I have let their management know) I guess that was a good thing because it made me seek out Feldman New Hudson, MI. 1st time there, and we made a deal! Zack the Manager was great as well, showed me some options and worked it out until it was good deal for both of us! I appeciate that! Krysten and the finance team worked it all out too, seamlessly.   I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership out of state. The car itself is great, but the communication and follow-up after the sale have been very disappointing. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and I often had to follow up just to get basic information. After the purchase, it stopped entirely. I reached out multiple times over a couple of weeks regarding items that were discussed during the sale, including a second key fob and a charging cable that I was told would come with the vehicle, and I received no response. Because I couldn’t get any follow-up, I ended up having to purchase a second key fob myself and move forward with installing my own charging setup. That’s something I shouldn’t have had to do without even getting a reply. It’s frustrating that once the deal was completed, there was no communication or support afterward. I would have preferred to resolve this directly, but I haven’t been given that opportunity. I’m still open to resolving this if someone from the dealership is willing to follow up. Update: After posting this review, the General Manager reached out directly and followed through by sending a $300 goodwill check to help resolve the situation. I appreciate them taking the time to step in and make things right. While the initial communication after the sale was frustrating and required multiple follow-ups, I do appreciate the effort to address the issue and bring it to a fair resolution in the end.

  I don't think I could say enough good about Feldman Chevy, especially their New Hudson location. Myself, my husband, father in law, and sister in law have all purchased our vehicles from Feldman! My experience at the NH location was wonderful. My salesman, Kasey Howe was attentive, kind, honest, and reliable. I went back and forth multiple times with him on vehicles, pricing, mileage, etc. I had my list of boxes and he found a vehicle that checked ALL of them- and he worked to find it for me. Not only did he go above and beyond with the car search but during the finance process he was honest about pricing, tax, add-ons, warranties, etc. and respected our final decisions. In addition to this he also made sure my vehicle was going to get a small dent in the rear fixed and he and his manager, Heath, once again showed outstanding customer service by providing me with a safe vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on. I hope everyone has the opportunity to work with a good sales team- Kasey and Heath are absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend them enough. The experience was wonderful and the car is absolutely perfect- has all the bells and whistles I wanted and was even the color I wanted with leather interior... great experience.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Bryan to get my new vehicle. The car I found was fairly new to them and was in need of detailing and new tires. Their team worked diligently to get all of this taken care of for me as quickly as possible! Bryan was also kind enough to let me hang out with him for the entire day, and entertain me, while the team got my new car ready to head off the lot! Bryan Y and Zach were so helpful I had been looking for a specific vehicle for about 3/4 months and just couldn’t find the right one. Bryan was extremely helpful in getting me into the perfect vehicle for me, and at the right cost! I would absolutely recommend Feldman, especially Bryan Y, to anyone in need of a new vehicle! Bryan made the experience very enjoyable and super easy and painless! Cheers, and thanks for helping me get into my new ride!

  Went to Feldman looking for a trailblazer that I saw on carguru and it just happened to be front and center of the building. Rich Perkins was by the front door and asked if I need help, I said that's the car I'm looking for so we went inside hammed out the paper work and now she is mine. Rich had her delievered yesterday(Monday). My old car was a total loss but this hepled. WHAT A BEAUTY!!! THANKS RICH.
