“I had an appointment for an oil change. Greeted with a smile by the service writer as I pulled up. Walked into the clean waiting area where you have many choices of beverages, hot or cold. I like the video link the technician texted to me explaining potential issues as well as the good things about your car. Gives you a piece of mind. I received the text when the car was ready and met the service writer to pay for the service. I’ve been coming to Ferman Mazda to service my MX5 for many years and I’ve always had a positive experience. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the oil drips on the engine and shroud covers in the engine bay and greasy hand prints around the front and side of the hood and at each fender. I wiped down the oil and cleaned the greasy smudges. Overall, Ferman Mazda did a good job and I’m satisfied with their work. I will be back next time!”
