  I had an absolutely great experience thanks to Manny at Fiesta Ford and the team at Desert Line-X. Manny went above and beyond to make everything smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish—top-tier customer service all the way. Desert Line-X absolutely knocked it out of the park. The quality of their work is incredible—clean, precise, and done with real attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience working with Emmanuel at Fiesta Ford. From start to finish, he provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What stood out most was that there was absolutely zero pressure. Emmanuel took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and let me make my own decision without any sales tactics or pushy behavior. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. If you’re looking for someone who values customer service and treats you with respect, I highly recommend asking for Emmanuel at Fiesta Ford.   After taking my work truck to other shops, I really appreciate having it fixed on time and, in the end, for the same or sometimes even less cost. This is because they don’t have to guess what’s wrong and can give you a straightforward repair plan if there are a few steps involved in fixing the truck.

  ​I cannot recommend Fiesta Ford. I recently purchased what was advertised and sold to me as a premium "Ford Blue Certified" vehicle, complete with a 139-Point Safety Checklist signed by their service department certifying it met all factory standards. ​Because I noticed issues right away, I took the vehicle to an independent Ford franchise for a secondary safety audit. The results were deeply alarming. The independent inspection revealed that Fiesta Ford had certified an unsafe vehicle with unaddressed front-end impact damage, a compromised transmission cooler, murky/low coolant, a completely failing battery, and completely missing safety equipment like the spare tire and jack. ​When confronted with the physical proof, they hastily un-wound the contract and took the vehicle back. However, their customer service immediately turned cold. I was left stranded over the weekend without a vehicle, and their staff treated me with complete hostility and dismissiveness. ​Worse, there has been a complete lack of accountability from leadership. I sent a formal email outlining this entire safety failure directly to the General Manager, Trevor Thiel, and CC'd the finance and sales management team. Not a single person has reached out to apologize, follow up, or acknowledge the severity of selling an unsafe, fraudulently certified vehicle. ​If you shop here, do your own investigative work and verify every document. They will not protect your safety or your pockets.

  My purchase experience was great. Manny did a great job showing me the available options for a new commercial truck. He was responsive leading up to the purchase and did an amazing job with his follow-up after taking possession.
