  I inquired about a used Accord 2.0T manual. Super clean, low miles. They were quick to respond and even sent me a walkaround video which was a great personal touch. They had all the paperwork ready for me and even redrafted it in just a few minutes when I changed which house/state I was going to register at. My only trade offer was $31,600 but I had $1700 in damage, they offered me $26,500 which I thought was low, but when you’re buying a really hard to find car it’s tough to negotiate.   Just moved here from Hawaii 2 weeks ago. Needed a car asap and after 2 days of searching , someone recommended Matt to me.   This is our fourth Acura purchase and we are so pleased with Findlay Acura sales and service. The staff at Findlay have all delivered the best in customer service. Gus, Michael, Lupe, and Todd are truly great to work with and treat you like Family. We have owned scores of cars (mostly new) and there has never been a dealership like Findlay Acura. We highly recommend the Acura vehicles as well as the dealership. You owe it to yourself to give them a chance to show you how pleasant car ownership can be.

  I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I called down to Findlay in Vegas and worked with Cruz and Matt. They listened to my situation and worked out a deal that made sense for us all. Then I drove 12 hours round trip to do the deal with them. Couldn’t be happier with the end result or the experience I had with them. HIGHLY recommend Matt and Cruz at Findlay Acura!!   I purchased a Corvette from Findlay Acura approximately two months ago, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Beyond the typical dealership practices of low trade-in offers and aggressive negotiation tactics, I discovered what appears to be a much more concerning issue. The Corvette requires transmission fluid service every three years (or sooner depending on use), and Findlay Acura reset the maintenance life indicator on the dashboard to show the service as recently completed. However, when I took the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership this weekend, I was informed that the transmission fluid service was overdue and needed to be performed immediately. This raises serious concerns about whether the maintenance was actually completed and whether this could impact the validity of the extended warranty that Findlay Acura strongly encouraged me to purchase. To make matters worse, during that same service visit, the Chevrolet dealership identified an engine oil leak that had apparently been present and seeping for quite some time. The technician specifically asked how long I had owned the vehicle because the leak was clearly not a new issue. I am now faced with scheduling additional diagnostics and potentially significant repair costs if the problem is not covered under either the manufacturer’s warranty or the extended warranty. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through the Findlay Group. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be extremely hesitant to do business with them again in the future. I expected much better transparency and vehicle preparation, especially when purchasing a high-performance vehicle like a Corvette.
