  Christian Vallejo worked extremely diligently over several days to get me the dealer service Hyundai Santa Cruz AWD Sport Vehicle that I wanted at a very good price with all the options I wanted with a very favorable trade in for my 2012 MINI Cooper S Convertible! He also sold us a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Vehicle for my wife last June! I couldn't give him a better recommendation than to say I'm a repeat customer & I highly recommend him & Findlay Hyundai Prescott dealer...PERIOD!

  Outstanding Experience at Findlay Prescott Hyundai I recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Findlay Prescott Hyundai, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chris Vallejo, my salesperson, was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He truly made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. Chris treated me with respect, was flexible and fair during negotiations, and was consistently kind and professional. His knowledge of the Hyundai brand — and the specific Santa Fe I purchased — was exceptional. I was especially impressed that he went above and beyond by creating a detailed video walkthrough of the vehicle for me, as I was driving several hours to pick it up sight unseen. That level of care made a huge difference and gave me total confidence in my purchase. Johnny, the sales manager, clearly does an excellent job leading his team. The dealership has a genuine, family-oriented vibe, and everyone I interacted with was welcoming and professional. It was truly a joy to work with this team.   We recently purchased our Certified Pre-Owned Santa Fe from Findlay Hyundai. Chris Vallejo, our sales rep, was fantastic to work with! His communication was thorough and timely, and he included a detailed video of the vehicle so we can "see it" before we drove up from Phoenix. This helped solidify our decision. Once we arrived, we did the test drive, then worked with Miguel Tinoco (financing), who truly got us the best interest rate available and answered all of our questions. The process was smooth and pleasant, and we felt like respected customers from an honest dealership (unlike many others). Thanks Chris, Miguel, and the Findlay Hyundai staff!
