  I am giving this 5 stars because at the end of the purchase process I got exactly what I wanted, Marco, the sales person was extremely nice, Josh, their finance person was extremely nice, and overall I am very happy with my car and the price I paid. This is the second time I have -tried- to buy a car from Findlay. Both times I felt they tried to front loading a lot of extras into the price. The last time I went elsewhere. This time I talked to them, showed them what I could get the car for out of state and they not only matched it but actually did a bit better. The difference from their initial quote to my out the door price was well over a $10k difference. That’s a lot of money! I get it, they are trying to sell upgrades and extended warranties and such or markups over sticker etc etc.I guess that’s business. If you are wanting to buy a Kia (they are genuinely nice vehicles!) based on my experience and if you are reading this review - go talk to Marco in sales and just tell him up front that you don’t want all the extras. Once we got the price worked out the process was very straightforward and friendly. I’d definitely recommend a friend and buy from them again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a new Kia Sportage, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Muhammad Mansoor aka Moe was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the features of the vehicle, and helped me find the perfect Sportage for my needs. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. Everyone I worked with was professional and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. I appreciated how straightforward they were with pricing and financing options. As for the Kia Sportage, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It offers a comfortable ride, great technology, excellent fuel efficiency, and a stylish design. It's everything I was looking for in a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership & Muhammad Mansoor to anyone looking for a new vehicle.   I bought a new Kia K4 at Kia Findlay last Monday and had a superb experience. Enrique, my car salesperson, did a great job answering my questions. He didn’t leave me sitting for hours and was able to meet me in the middle when I had concerns about pricing. He has also kept in contact after my purchase to touch base with me. I highly recommend Kia Findlay and I would rate my experience a 10/10.

  I’ve been a long-time Findlay customer, but this location continues to disappoint me. I’m honestly unsure why they provide a phone number because getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible. I’ve called and sent text messages multiple times, yet no one has responded. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I originally brought my vehicle in for a recall and routine service. Not only was the recall never completed, but I was also told there was a leaking valve that needed repair. I paid over $1,400 out of pocket for that repair, and now I’m experiencing the exact same issue again. I simply requested a copy of the repair invoice, yet no one has been willing to provide it. It makes me question whether they stand behind their work at all. It feels incredibly unfair that if one of their repairs fails, you’re expected to pay all over again instead of having the issue addressed under any workmanship warranty. To make matters worse, after my previous visit I left a negative review because of the poor customer service and because my vehicle was returned to me covered in oil stains. They were quick to contact me about changing my review and sent another customer satisfaction survey after explaining the situation offered $200 discount, yet now that I need assistance again, I’m being completely ignored. I’ve had repairs performed under at other Findlay locations without any issues, if any issues occurred for the work done I would simply bring it back so I know this isn’t representative of the entire company. Unfortunately, this specific location has consistently provided poor service and is giving the Findlay name a bad reputation. At this point, I’m not even sure I want to bring my vehicle back since they haven’t made any effort to return my calls or messages. Customer service doesn’t end once the bill is paid. Update: AVOID THIS PLACE NO ONE HAS CALLED YET OR SENT OUT THAT INVOICE. IF THIS PLACE HAS A GM I NEED TO SPEAK TO HIM! IN THE MEANTIME ANY MAJOR REPAIRS SHO
