  This dealership gave me better service than anywhere I had ever been before and I've owned Cadillacs and Mercedes and most other brands throughout the years. The staff was very professional and polite throughout. Worked with Coleman to get my brand new 27 Telluride X-Pro, great young man. Absolutely no haggle of any kind, the agreed upon price was the agreed upon price when I arrived including my $500 veteran discount. No markups, no dealer add-ons of any kind, only the all terrain mats that came with the vehicle from the factory which was disclosed in the build sheet. I purposely rented a shuttle to go 120 mi away from my hometown to get away from the big city markups and dishonest sales tactics because this hands down was the best place I found to purchase a vehicle and have absolutely no regrets about it. I worked my deal through the phone and text with one of their managers Maria and had everything I asked for in writing prior to arriving. Overall hands down a great experience. Now I need to go to the nearest car wash because the freeway bugs did a number on me coming back. Absolutely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress free experience to buy a car. Thank you all

  Very good dealership. Our salesman Andy, who indeed is the only Andy, made the buying process easy and fun. He spent more time with us explaining the features of the vehicle after the sale than any other salesman ever has. Maria was very friendly and patient working with us on the finance side. This is the place to buy a Kia, even as far away as from Las Vegas, where we are from.

  We were desperate for a new Kia Carnival and Wyatt did not take advantage of us. Wyatt did a great job walking us through all our options and in the end we negotiated a fair honest price. We felt respected and felt the deal was very fair. Wyatt was knowledgeable, honest and able to answer all our questions. When it was time to sign forms, Taylor continued the positive experience and was also candid and fair. At no point in the deal did we feel the typical dealer tactics. Everyone we dealt with was reasonable, honest, fair, and normal. It felt like more of a consultation than a sales job. Super happy with the new van and grateful for a good experience with Wyatt and Taylor. Thank Findlay!
