  I recently stopped by to look at a new Toyota Grand Highlander and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. What really stood out was the relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. I was able to take my time looking over the vehicle, asking questions, and comparing options without feeling rushed or pressured into making a decision. The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and focused on helping us find the right fit instead of just trying to make a sale. It made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, which is rare when shopping for a vehicle. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re considering a new Toyota!

  Excellent service on a (I was only looking) new car purchase, The 2026 Highlander had everything we didn’t know we needed! Tyler was fantastic in his knowledge of the cars on the lot and his patience allowing me to talk myself into a new car. Thank you Tyler for going along for the ride and make the process quick & easy. Steven had all of our paperwork ready and was such a pleasure to work with! Steven had the jokes rolling “John Travolta” style. This was our second purchase from Findlay, both times treated fantastically. Thank you Tyler W and Bomber, you made the experience memorable for sure! Michael & Lisa

  I recently completed a purchase at Findlay Toyota Prescott and sincerely had the best experience. The sales and finance team of Carolina, Chris, and Steven is top-notch! I very much appreciated Carolina's patience and professionalism in answering my incessant questions as I decided which Toyota product best suited my needs. I also appreciate the assistance of Sydney, a technology and delivery specialist, as I purchased a much newer vehicle and didn't know how to navigate all the cool bells and whistles! Everyone I encountered at Findlay was kind and friendly, and I am incredibly happy to be part of the Findlay family now. Thank you again for making my experience so painless and, dare I say, fun!

  Alan "Hoov" has been an absolute blessing to me and my wife aswell as nick in the service department. Hoov truly cares about taking care of your needs and does everything in his power to get you driving away in a beautiful new vehicle. If only the rest of the world were cut from the same cloth. He's an honest, straight up boss who genuinely cares about your purchase not just a pushy salesman who will tell you whatever you want to hear. He's straight to the point, honest, and willing to do everything in his power to help. Thank you for everything Hoov and sorry it's taken me and Mandy so long to write this!

  Went into Toyota looking to purchase the new RAV4, and quickly learned they are in high demand—there wasn’t a single one available on the lot. Fortunately, Jordan went above and beyond to help us search for and secure one the following week. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and convenient.
