  As usual with a Findlay store, I had an excellent experience buying another Volvo from Findlay Volvo. My favorite Sales Advisor Rain made the process as smooth as butter cream and we were in and out in record time. If you’re looking to get into a Volvo (which I highly recommend in itself), I would seek out my SA Rain at the Roy Horn Location. It was definitely a world of difference compared to AutoNation where I bought my Civic (which I highly DONT recommend doing if you’re coming from any European brand). Funny enough, I bought my Civic in November of last year and dumped it in March of 2026. Want to know why? The Service Department alone was the sole reason. Findlay Volvo goes out of their way to provide a seamless service experience and they always provide a loaner! AutoNation Honda of East Las Vegas wouldn’t bother to provide a loaner unless a major repair was going on… what. Definitely learned my lesson into going a Honda, never gonna do that again. But anyway, great sales department, even better service department. You’ll love the experience at this Volvo dealership (so long as you aren’t a penny pincher). Incase you’re wondering what I left with, snagged one of the last EX30’s. I highly recommend it as well if you need a simple, cheap city runabout.

  Had a great experience with the Findlay team! I've had some unsatisfying car buying experiences in the past but to my surprise Findlay was great. Lisa was awesome. She was professional and kind. She had the vehile ready for our test drive and was transparent with all information available about the vehicle. My wife and I were impressed and were more than happy to buy. I highly recommend this dealership and I HIGHLY recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy from Findlay. 10 out of 10.

  We recently purchased our Volvo from Findlay Volvo, and overall it was a great experience. We came in knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted, and we appreciated that the team never tried to push us toward a different car. Irina was very accommodating, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. At times I felt a little rushed, but that may have simply been my perception since the process moved efficiently. The vehicle itself was a five-year-old model with exceptionally low mileage. While there were a few scratches, the overall condition was impressive for its age and far exceeded my expectations. We also greatly appreciated that the used car manager Chris agreed to provide a trunk cover that wasn’t included with the vehicle. It was a thoughtful gesture that demonstrated excellent customer service. After the purchase, I discovered that the lumbar support wasn’t working properly. Although I initially had some challenges getting the issue addressed, Jerrett in the service department went above and beyond to review my warranty coverage and help me schedule an appointment for the repair. His willingness to assist made a big difference and reinforced my confidence in the dealership. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the vehicle and the customer service I received, and I would gladly recommend Findlay Volvo to anyone considering a Volvo purchase.

  Every body is very friendly and helpful! We did the Volvo overseas delivery program and worked with their specialist Fred. He was nice to work with and communicative. They do have a new GM who isn’t that familiar with OSD and we had a slight hiccup with our order right before our Sweden trip, but Fred took care of it. I haven’t worked with their services department so I can review on that. But highly recommend Volvo. As a brand they have good ethics, heavily emphasized on safety and family. The OSD program was an amazing experience and a must do if you’re in the market for a new car and not in a rush to get the vehicle right away.

  We had a great experience at Findlay Volvo and our salesperson, Caroline, was the best. She answered all our questions and even sent a video. We were a little apprehensive to purchase since we were purchasing long distance and only looking at the 2025 XC40 online. She made the car buying experience less painful. All the staff is great and very accommodating. Get your next Volvo here!
