  Jeremy Jones sold me a GMC sierra and I wasn’t even sure I wanted to get a new vehicle but he made a very good experience, he was very professional and honest and worked with us to get a great deal on our trade in and before you knew I got the truck and felt good about it. No buys remorse and no pressure. Communication was solid and he listened to what was important for us and they had a great selection but my lady got the truck with all the things that were important for her and in our price range with a good monthly payment, exactly where we wanted it. He and his manager were solid team. Would be happy to buy all my vehicles in the future at this dealership with Jeremy and his team. Finance manger was also solid very good communication and very speedy even with the system being down. They accommodated and really treated us like family.

  I bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee Altitude from the best sales representative I've met. I'm very happy with the overall experience and the vehicle! I love the Jeep Altitude! It drives really nice, has a lot of room and has tons of features at a good price. Kyle Hunter is genuinely nice guy who wants you to be happy. He's not going to force you into anything. He has a fantastic approach which is a lot different than all of the other dealerships I went to before going to Firkins. Don't waste your time, go to Firkins first! Everyone was very nice and helpful. They're very accommodating. I highly recommend going to Firkins and seeing Kyle Hunter for your next vehicle. Whenever my family needs another vehicle, I'm absolutely contacting him first. Kyle, you had real world experience driving Jeeps along with a lot of knowledge about the product line.   I recently purchased a beautiful 2025 black Chrysler Pacifica minivan from Firkins Chrysler in Bradenton, FL, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Norberto. From start to finish, Norberto was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire buying process smooth and efficient. I never felt rushed, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.   Came in for a minor collision. Got 2 quotes for repairs. Firkins was $400 cheaper on the estimate. At first Brian said they would need the Jeep for at least 2 days to ensure the paint was a perfect match on the fender. He called back and told me the parts were in and he had my specific paint so he could have the crew paint my part before I came in and if it matched perfectly he could just have the fender flare installed as I waited. I was there less than 15 minutes, flare matched perfectly, and the total was $80 cheaper than the estimate! This is the second visit to the body shop and I am amazed at the results! Great job Firkins!

  The customer service of firkins and salesman Jeremy Jones was exceptional. I drive over 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from them and it went smoothly upon my arrival. They were accommodating and understanding. I do recommend this place for anyone in the market for a vehicle. I will think of them in the future for any vehicle needs.
