  Cesar was amazing to work with. This was the absolute BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. I actually told everyone I know that it was the best experience. The process was fast, smooth, seamless. I never felt pressure. Ernest Hensel also made our experience exceptional! Very happy customers here!!

  If I could give six stars, I would. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hampton Chevy, and I can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. My salesman, Sunny, was outstanding. He answered every single question I had thoroughly, never once seemed irritated, and maintained an incredibly friendly and professional attitude the entire time. What really stood out was how kind and patient he was with our three-year-old, which genuinely made us feel welcomed instead of rushed or uncomfortable. The finance team and sales manager were also extremely nice, helpful, and transparent. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. This was hands down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering buying a vehicle, I highly recommend Hampton Chevy and absolutely suggest asking for Sunny.

  Omg this place is a blessing I been looking for a car for a couple months trying to upgrade. I been looking like crazy i found it at the right time ⏲️. The sales man cesor help me alot like he actually listened to me unlike the other dealership I went to. The whole team including the manager joey nothing but laughs and happy folks to help. You be positive you get positive back. Chevrolet is a good dealership. Love my new car it's beautiful I got a good one im finally relax not stressing. Back in my happy place .

  Fell in love with my new SUV after working with Arturo!! No pressure and very comforting decision. I’d definitely make this location an option when looking for vehicles!!

  I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at First Team Hampton Chevrolet. I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 AM, expecting a reasonable turnaround time for an oil change and tire rotation. Instead, I ended up sitting there for four hours. That completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. To make matters worse, the service team tried to upsell multiple services that were clearly unnecessary. It felt less like they were looking out for my vehicle and more like they were focused on increasing the bill. After waiting three hours, I was then told there was a leak in one of my tires, something that was never an issue before I brought my car in. That raised serious concerns about the accuracy of their inspection and overall trustworthiness. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional, time-wasting, and profit-driven. I expect better communication, honesty, and respect for my time when I bring my vehicle in for service. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend others proceed with caution. Others in the waiting area shared their frustrating experiences with them as well after multiple trips within a couple of weeks.
