  I had a GREAT experience buying with First Team Honda because they are knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy. I knew exactly what car I wanted, and what I wanted to pay out the door, and that is exactly what I left with, maybe ever a little extra. Minimal pressure, if any. The First Team Lifetime coverage offering should be a big draw for anyone looking to buy a car too! Everyone that worked there spoke when they were in greeting distance, and some took the time to have a genuine conversation. My salesperson Jake was down to earth, no b.s., and did not try to oversell me on anything. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my 25 years of car ownership. Extra shout out to Justin, Travis, and Jay! I’ll be back in few years!

  The process went smoothly & quickly. I had done some research before getting there. When I got there Jake helped me find the car I saw online, showed me the features of the car, and let me get a test drive in. I wanted a day to think on it as I was debating on whether I wanted to trade my car in. Tuesday night I arrived 35 minutes before closing with my car. I had my trade in appraised and was offered what I felt was a reasonable quote based on the Kelly Blue Book Value. I was able to leave with the car I test drove Monday night. Wednesday night I stopped by to finish the paperwork while the car was detailed. I appreciated not feeling like I was being held hostage at the dealership as was my experience at other dealerships with previous car purchases. Jake was friendly, helpful, and listened. I didn’t feel pressured during the car buying experience! And well I love the car and all its features…

  If you're looking for a friendly, kind and will make you feel appreciated, this is the dealership. It's been well over 10 years since I've visited a dealership like this. I was in and out in a timely manner. Yet, I received excellent service. I'm beyond happy with my purchase. Every level of Management treated us like royalty.   I recently purchase my 2026 Honda Accord Sport L from Mr. DA Young and Mr. AJ Jackson. I tell you this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I also would like to thank the management team Travis, Jay and Justin for all of your hard work.   If you’re looking for a car and want someone who is honest, patient, professional, and truly cares, go see Carl Logan! He helped me get my brand new 2026 Honda CR-V and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel pressured. I absolutely LOVE my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
